just so you know each song has a story in the discription, you should read them if your gonna watch her stuff before the songs, like this one instead of the shard in her heart slowly freezing her when she went to elsas ice castle it slowly corrupted her heart instead so by the time she was in the room with hans she wasnt so gullible
You forget what i think is the most important detail of the memories. He left the fun. So from Anna's view, her sister went from playing with her constantly, to suddenly not even seeing her. Id be pissed too!
You should definitely hear Moana and Megara's Villain Song. Those two songs are amazing!!

Due to being mistreated as a child Anna had resentment. When Elsa strikes her with her ice magic it doesn’t freeze Anna. But slow it turns Anna’s heart to ice making her cold and bitter. By the time of Hans betrayal snaps something inside her and unlock her ice magic

How much would we love for Disney to take all of these twisted world version in, and bring them in to like wreck-it-ralph 3 or something, each one meeting their “heroic version” and teaching them exactly what they are missing

Another thing i love about the video was that they went with a kind of DCAU animation style (batman:tas, justice league unlimited, etc) it really worked with the tone.
yeah, it'll never happen but I would love to see disney take a risk and do a hero to villain story. like, no happy ending, no redemption, just ending with the world on fire and the main character standing on top. and get Lydia to do the music for it.

She got her powers in this version as a result of her heart freezing from Elsa’s magic blast. Hans was as she said, just the last push she needed for the last of her warmth and humanity to slip as her heart froze.

If you think the some is great now you really need to read the stories that she comes up with in each of the villain videos- they really add a whole mew layer to the video as you watch them. They are long, but so worth it.
I think it was more than Elsa not being fast enough. She tried to defend herself at the last moment somewhat, but even then I don’t think she was willing to hurt Anna, while Anna went for the kill shot.
