I had to go back and forth on this but the main rhythm of this theme is almost one to one with King of Terrors from Phantasy Star 4. Fitting really, I love this track.
Song has very good Transitions from Terror to Struggle to having hope to victory for the ARKS. Also I love this whole song is just a mainly a piano song.
haha "having hope" its funny because the whole having hope and victory is what caused the starless who caused mass genocide. then left people to suffer instead of finishing the primordial darknesses job of wiping out photons and itself to clean out the universe for its "new genesis" also keep in mind the starless theme still being present through it all even the "hope" parts
I was doing this fight for the first time and I felt that feeling one gets when remembering something, like a key unlocking a door inside my brain. I had nfc why this song felt so comfy and familiar. But then it all hit me like a ton of bricks. They knew what they were doing in making this technically our fourth Dark Falz fight. Composers're really putting the "genesis" into New Genisis and I'm here for it.
"comfy and familiar" not sure how you felt "comfy" during a fight with a cosmic horror that peels parts of itself off to try and kill you. if your wondering about the puppers look around dalions main head theres a ton of the puppet like heads
@@drakologarnus7248 Second phase has all four corners blowing different elements across the map and god help you if you have aggro on more than one. But I have ADHD and a gun😆
The ending where he’s just spamming attacks and you’re using them to dodge and counter combined with this music is just so great 😆 now with mars I always end it off by blasting him in the face with the cannon
Understandable why they'd be hard to please I guess. XD We aren't even at the stage where we see a full vocal theme yet. Solus and Dalion are just leading up to something. They aren't the chief boss of the current chapter.

The intro gives me the impression Dalion is supposed to be a Dark Falz chessmaster.
Look up phantasy star zeros mother trinity and final boss and then dark falz double
@@drakologarnus7248 Yep, I'm fully aware of those two, these songs never miss!

look at Dalion VERY closely. it has the weird cords Dark Force has protruding from the chest to the back, also its pelvis/tailbone are the same.
i love how this is in my playlist and occasionaly it will start when im tabbed out and it scares the fuck out of me

One of the reasons I like this game mode. I really feel like I'm trying to save the universe. 9:50 I love the final phase

Now I wait for the UQ variant
and we thought Solus is dangerous....
then come Dalion
Dalion is Solus same entity. has the same portal attacks and claw swipes some details are like solus also

No, we're not gonna get any new story until the new field comes out I think 😔
Nope, all of them are treat as force of nature at the moment.

Second half isn't bad but this feels like a step down from all these other dark falz themes. Sounds like a theme for a generic boss
全く同じ意見です。エイジスやソウラスと比べると今回は微妙に感じます。ダリオンには戦闘にくわえ曲も期待していたので、残念でした。
second half is decent, still not even close to solus bgm.... and then again, even farther from base game bgm xD
agreed. kinda dissapointed but then again, sega hardly tries with this game anymore
this song is miles better and even incorporates the starless theme
also the base game bgm is a mix. also consider the fact that your fighting a cosmic horror and they normaly have their own you know unique themes?

I agree it's not a strong song. Eh Id say it's fine mainly because it's really trying to go the Phantasy Star 4 theme
