The RC Bandito, RC Tank, and RC Personal vehicles are too overpowered in freemode. With virtually no cooldown to them, they can be spammed over and over again to get unfair kills on other players. They should have their cooldowns unified so that you can only use 1 RC car every so often, along with giving kill credit to the player that blows them up, as well as incorporating the EMP Launcher as a way to counter them completely by kicking the user out of the RC car entirely.
