If they don't have 4 energy drinks everyday. Then maybe they just didn't get addicted to energy drinks. Maybe different people get addicted to different things
I am on day 6 of no caffeine, THC or alcohol. I'm sooo tired and unmotivated. I say the Serenity Prayer daily and just hope that I find enough energy to go to work and keep a roof over my head.
Tom McCauley and Tiffany Valencia, I know this probably isn't what you are hoping to hear. After two weeks of abstinence I started consuming caffeine again and I have no immediate intentions to stop. I have, however, beaten some very strong cravings for THC and alcohol, once with a little help from a higher power (I drove to a dollar store, a grocery store and two gas stations and couldn't find any beer for sale, so I gave up). I don't take in caffeine nearly as heavily as I used to, as I honestly just don't need it as much anymore. My sleep has improved, I am dreaming again, and my energy levels are elevated. I can say, though, in case it's of any interest to you: I feel incredible. I started eating much healthier, I walk my dog for an hour most days, I am meditating, growing a garden, and reading books again. If you guys have nothing else going on and want to quit caffeine, go for it! I believe it really could help. As for me, I was just a little too far down in the dumps quitting everything all at once, so I settled for a little harm reduction. Good luck to you both!
I've been taking Energy Shots daily for 3 years now. Eternal Energy from Walmart. I started losing hair and got bags under my eyes, irritable and sleepy all the time even after taking a Energy shot. I quit last week and I'm having painful headaches and cold hands and feet. I will say that I don't feel as sleepy. I'm still irritated at times but not angry and grumpy as before. My goal is to never take another shot again.
Good video. Definitely confirmed what I thought. Ive worked for many major beverage companies in the past and have always gotten killer deals on energy drinks. Lately I have found myself having 3-4 energy drinks a day, without seeing results i was anticipating. All the symptoms you pointed out, I definitely am feeling. Got the next 11days off, with the help of my wife, I'm gonna stop the energy drinks. I've been feeling hell lately; my body and muscles need a break.
I've been off caffeine for 15 days now. Honestly, this video helped so much because I understood that there was no need to run for antibiotics when my body started to show symptoms of flu. Honestly, it was a painful experience, but now I am more motivated to lessen my sugar intake, which I'm planning to do right after exams to not push my body too hard. It's really motivating to read about other people fighting off the same or similar addictions and succeeding
I got HARDCORE anxiety to the point I thought I was dying of a heart attack. In reality it was just my body freaking out that I wasn’t drinking caffeine. I also had trouble sleeping, I had to take some medication for a week while my body adapted.
Yep headaches pounding heart pain all over your body joint pains tension band headaches etc it’s like the flu without the rubbing nose etc but with anger and anxiety
Ive been drinking 3 monsters a day for the past 3 years or longer. Quitting seems like an impossible task. When i mention the severity of my addictions, people laugh it off. I want to be healthier as im 23 years old. Today is day one- water is my bestfriend, and i can already notice the difference when i was tapering me use before cold turkeying. Wish me luck and like the comment so can update and hold myself accountable
I am on week number three no energy drinks . The first 5 days were brutal and painful I wanted to give up so bad after 15 years of energy drinks and pre workout supplements. It gets better
I’ve been on a horrible caffeine binge for 9 months now. About 800mg to 1,000mg per day usually. It is taking a toll on my mental and physical health. It started as a coping method to get me through the day but has gotten out of hand. I think the acidity in the (celcius energy) drinks make me retain fat because I’ve also gained 20lbs in 9 months- honestly haven’t been eating bad enough to gain that much so quickly. It’s just time to quit and the withdrawals are going to be excruciating, but will be worth it. I’m 2 months smoke-free, hoping to kick the nicotine pouches soon too. Quit drugs when I was younger as well, so caffeine should be no problem in the grand scheme of things. Just feels like a huge ass mountain to climb right now. Your videos are really comforting and helpful so thanks for what you do my friend.
You gain weight from calories, not from acidity. 800-1000mg is pretty normal for IT start ups and sys admins but for that amount, you should taper rather than go cold turkey.
Going on Day 8 when I wake up tommorow morning getting ready for bed. I've experienced Mood Changes, Headaches, Caffeine Cravings, Muscle Pain, and Fatigue.
@@2babe6 I recovered fully within a month. I was actually back to good sleep and no more cravings by Day 18. I spent so many days just sleeping to make time pass. I knew as soon as my body had gone a week without it in my system I'd be good so I slept that entire first week I even took a week off of work for that. Life seemed boring for a little bit after (flatline from wothdrawal) but around Day 23 was when I started getting a spark for what I used to love doing without the caffeine. Here and there I'll have a soda with some caffeine in it but I regularly leave it alone.
I just have head and neck tension. Not necessarily anxiety, but the thought of it not going away is stressing me out. I've been eating healthy and drinking water. I'm currently fighting nicotine, thc, and caffeine withdrawals but I'm somewhat managing it. I appreciate your expertise on the subject , knowing what to expect is half the battle 💪
I STARTED BY COLD TURKEY QUITTING NICOTINE......that was easy for me. am now on day 3 of no caffeine! and its much harder than nicotine ive noticed. nicotine actually didnt even give me withdrawl.....but damn thc is gonna be hard because i use edibles and i never felt like it was hurting me the way caffeine and nicotine were. and i actually believe its a medicine. so idk if im ready fo rquitting weed yet but almost!!!!!
@@jimmymcgill5572if you’re tapering, you will have minimal symptoms and be able to down regulate your dependence on caffeine. Headaches have never lasted more than a few days for me, but if I went cold turkey from my 1g+ daily levels, I’d definitely be hurting for a while.
@Michael Pfister the headaches go away in about a week, not completely though. The headaches decrease in intensity daily and then you just feel a slight brain fog and a slight dizzy spell behind your eyes. Sort of like the feel of wearing someone else's glasses. I read it takes so long because caffeine constrict blood flow to the head, when you quit, the blood is being acclimated into those areas
@leroygreen9227 i am going through it now 10 days before advil started working. Fatigue. Grumpy. My mass amounts induced migraines due to blood vessels. So i got migraine meds...its now 16 days... And feel better...but only cuz i added 1 cup of coffee...doctor said dont try to quit cold turkey when i have that much. Ie 2 to 4 cups of coffee. Diet coke. And pre-workout or preenergy drink ie c4. Finally feel like its not a brain tumor.
I used to drink 3-7 cups of coffee a day.. 2 to 3 monsters a day back in the day ( then i only drank 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day) ... On week 4.. its still hard.. Finally sleeping better... my body feels worn out.. Gonna try quit cigarettes tomorrow
Ita good to come back and reflect.. i feel so much better.. my body still feels like its healing.. I had insmonia. Irritation.. Chest pains... Heart flutter... Every day i feel a bit better.. Next up.. the weed...
@@bluejayjitsu4429 much better.. last week i had a little coffee.. just before i took the wife and son on holiday and now with holiday. The early driving .. 4am depature with a 7 hour drive.. so i drank a lil bit of coffee over the weekend away.. Tomorrow i need to go back to the caffiene free lifestyle.. But i wasnt knocking back cup after cup this weekend which makes me happy.. like a half cup here or there.. Today i bought some more rooibos tea... thats really nice to drinl aswell.. :)
I've quit caffiene off and on through life. I never get the headaches but I always got this overwhelming sensation of extreme exhaustion and fatigue for 2 weeks and the first 2 days I can't get up and walk around I'm just slouched. but I never had headaches
9 หลายเดือนก่อน
Same. Last time I was awake for about 5-6 hours per day for three days once I started to crash proper, but I also haven't had headaches from withdrawal. After that it was about a week of brain fog and then I started to feel pretty normal.
Damn I went cold turkey on Caffeine, was taking pre-work out and an energy drink a day. First two days were brutal for a bit. Had to stop caffeine also since I have stomach issues like GERD. Noticed that I had to rest a bit more since I felt tired. The first two days I felt like I was sick but I'm sure it was the withdrawals. I'm on day 5, felt a bit tired today but not as bad as the other days. The anxiety has gone down too. So that's a plus.
Since you have GERD and went cold turkey on caffeine, has your appetite been reduce to the point where you don’t feel like eating? And when you do eat, does the food and drinks don’t taste as good as before? I’m going through the same thing as you and I’m having those weird hunger issues. I can still smell and taste but it seems like my taste buds has became sensitive
how were the headaches? I do coffee 2 to 3 in the morning and C4 or Ghost energy drinks and im on day 4 and my headache is less but i feel it still, ugh.
Do you have a playlist of all caffeine related? I am having issues I ended up using caffeine to cope with benzodiazepine withdrawal and I knew better that it worked on gabba receptors but I still drink it to get rid of Akathisia. I still have anhedonia at 5 years out. I attempted to go cold turkey off of the caffeine and I got myself acathisia all over again with severe suicidal ideation and there is no medication to help that for myself. I always enjoy listening to your videos and I try to stay positive with the mind and body approach. I know there is a lot of people in the caffeine withdrawal support group that say it’s as bad if not worse than benzo withdrawal. I’d have to say nicotine and weed was the easiest to quit but I was also in heavy psych med withdrawal at the same time so everything felt the same. Whenever I quit the nicotine. I just got the really bad increased anxiety and everything like it was when I first came off the benzo that lasted for about a month and the same with the weed but I was still in withdrawals from the benzo so it never really felt any different. I felt fucked up and still do it three years out from the benzo.
My caffeine intake: 1mug strong tea @morning, 1cup coffee @afternoon Day 1-5 coldturkey no motivation to do any work, not even watching movies/entertainment , forget about exercise feeling sleepy all day, pain in eyes just want to sleep, but sleeping adds more to brainfog Brain fog all the time.Feeling confuses while talking. Just trying not to sleep today until 10pm .. will update next week.
Day 8 very minor tightness in headache but still somewhat lazy during day fasting at night made a significant difference in improving mood. The logic is, our digestive system is a major organ (collectively), and it needs to be free from the work of digestion to be able to do detoxification As per ayurveda too, its advised to not eat anything at night because thats the time for detoxification. You will be amazed at how much difference just 1 nihht of fasting makes
headache kicks in again, turns out the headache/brainfog was more due to dehydration because i sat in ac room which prevented my brain to ask for water, this continued for 3 months resulting in chronic dehydration Just turning off the ac solved the problem (almost)
Day 15: Back to drinking coffee again I didnt had headache in a year of drinking coffee, why suddenly, i thought? So it was partially due to dehydration and majority from my jaw clenching habit (that i enjoyed doing)..which strained my tmj muscles causing tension headache and all symptoms/fog association with it. I didnt realise i had this habit until i consiously stopped doing it. So, i am back to coffee again. Will try quitting in future again if required.
Very good video!🙌 recently switched to green tea in the afternoon instead of coffee…I know…I know still caffeine, but I was coming from all coffee ALL day. Noticing better sleep and less anxiety already 😁
On day 3 no sugar so caffeine no alcohol. I feel a lot less anxiety, more grounded and more in control of my mind and what i am doing. Also getting extreme fatigue and sleeping a ton. Onward
So I’ve been drinking 2 bang energy drinks a day for about 4 months and if I’m not drinking bang I’m taking pre workout so I’m usually Intaking around 600mg and I wanna quit.Today will be day 1 wish me luck !!
How is it going? I’ve been drinking those bangs for about 3 years. Started as 1 a day progressed to 3 a day. Yikes! Time to say good bye! Day 3’foe me! 😅😅😅
3-4 cups of coffee a day, today is day 1. Took until 20 hours in to start feeling any headaches, and they're light headaches, so that's a good sign!! I have muscle relaxers and blood pressure meds to help me out!!
Damn! Headaches happened within 24 hours of quitting as you said😣. It s a welcomed inconvenience for sure though because the out-of-nowhere, recurring low-back pain became disabling along with the joint pains in elbows, wrists, fingers, knees and neck…as well as the worsening nighttime over-heating and insomnia.
Holy shit I've been wondering why I've been so hot at night WTF! I also just suddenly became super depressed. But it was odd because when I was with other people I felt fine (obviously cause I was getting dopamine). This is crazy
This explains a lot. Been reducing caffeine intake to one coffee in the morning and inside to drink it heavily. Noticed weird twitching in my leg muscle and now I know why
How long does it take for your adrenal glands to recover from high consumption? I’ve been cycling high amounts of preworkout for about two years now and even when I take 4-6 week breaks, once I get back into it, it seems my tolerance hasn’t decreased at all.
One month off, 2 years on..it’s gonna take a lot longer if a break then 4-6 weeks to recover. It took me 6 months to really say I fully recovered. 4 months is when I felt really great though.
@@Jay_Super_Awesome no but when youre body is used to the prework out youre tolerant for get higher so once once that happen just cut of it for a while .
I’m not addicted per say, i can go days without drinking caffeinated drink and they only thing i feel is low energy which is why is hard to quit. I hate going to the gym with low energy i feel like i waste a workout and about 1-2 hrs. At work i start to work super slow, usually it takes me 4-4:30 hrs and when I’m not caffeinated it takes 5-6 hrs to finish all my work.
Using some green tea to help with transition. I’ll probably stick with that for a while. It’s not anything like coffee. Actually makes me feel relaxed. What are your thoughts on green tea?
Outstanding... yep going thru all those things... WAS a HEAVY coffee drinker... now that I know what to expect it makes it much easier... Thank you! OH yah... get rid of the rooster!
TIP: for healthy thyroid use iodized salt or take an iodine and kelp supplement. One symptom of low thyroid is low body temperature. If you are cold all the time start using iodized salt. (Other factors could cause low body temperature but using iodized salt long term would significantly decrease the chance of it being hypothyroidism)
I've stopped drinking caffeine (1 coffee and 1 coke per day). Day 1 no issues, Day 2,3,4 a headache and joint pains. Really a big wakeup call to just how addicted I was to these type of products.
Depending on the caffeine u use like energy drinks or Starbucks drink could it also be sugar withdrawal. I have quit caffeine withdrawal when just black coffee once and from energy drink on another occasion with sugar. My symptoms were way worse on energy drinks, on black coffee was just fatigue
I've had a monster energy every weekday to help me at my job for the past two months. The last three weekends have been me laying in bed for the ENTIRE weekend. Literally drained to the max. This past weekend was the worst and so I quit. I slept all day and all night Sunday. My muscles are sore and I am very tired..My brain is foggy. No more energy drinks for me.
I’ve recently (on my 4th day) stopped drinking caffeine. I had been doing close to 600mg or maybe even more every single day. Currently I feel super nauseas, sweaty palms and feet, terrible anxiety, and extreme fatigue and mind fog. Any clue on when I should expect these symptoms to clear? I’m supposed to go on vacation in 4 days
I quit caffeine for 1 year nkt long ago ad then fell back in the trap of 4 cups per day 🤦♀️ here i go tomorrow mid morning will be 1 day without coffee. And im so excited to be caffeine free!
I was addicted to caffeine and would drink energy drinks every day for work I felt it gave me the “boost” and everyone told me to stop,; that it’ll kill me and I ignored it. I’ve been off work due to injury’s and hasn’t drank caffeine until now. I currently am taking Liporush XP because I am running to loose weight and it’s supposed to help burn fat but also contains caffeine. After watching your videos I won’t be drinking energy drinks anymore but I’m not sure what to do with what to do with the Liporush since it’s helping me burn fat and gain endurance.
I stopped drinking coffee because my anxiety was through the roof. It really went away. I can’t believe I was creating my own anxiety. Smdh. I won’t go back to caffeine
On the journey to a healthy lifestyle and damn it’s hard the thc withdraws feel like there lightening but I’ve also tried to stop with caffeine and the headaches are constant everyday and nothing seems to slow them down which is making it very hard to quit the caffeine 2 weeks into this journey and I’ve found that caffeine is the only thing that takes the intensity away from the light didn’t realize all the harm I’ve been doing thank you for all the advice been a big help
I use to like tripping on mushrooms bc of the adrenaline boost. Whenever I take prewokepits. Something around 500mg of caffeine I get that same caveman feeling I get from mushrooms. I get so pumped and workout for 2 hours. I can’t workout without caffeine. It’s just not the same. I’m addicted…
bro what? im assuming a smaller dose of shrooms right? cuz ya i will say those are the way to go if you wanna quit caffeine. they wont have withdrawals either. I remember i took like 2 gs one time. just felt like i had infinite energy and felt trippy at the same time.....was kind of weird lol.
The back pain I get when going cold turkey is unbearable. I can’t lay horizontal for a good 3-5 nights. I have to take anti inflammatories in the end.,.
Todays day 1 for me, I have a really really bad headache. I been throwing up off n on, i had no clue throwing up could be from withdrawals. Man I can’t wait till this is over lol
@@illysmokes_ fr its legal coke guys.....and we wonder why heart attacks are a common cause of death? this is why! im on day 3 now and it sucks.......just headaches and no motivation for me but still sucks. keep strong boys!
I was drinking a bang and a cup of coffee everyday for a couple months, I started having stomach issues and went cold turkey. I went about two days before I even put two and two together why I was experiencing flu like symptoms. I had myself in a complete loop freaking out not knowing if the coffee and bangs ruined my stomach. As of today being day 4, my stomach has calmed down to a point of being able to stomach small amount of food. I put down protein shakes like no ones business but as the days go on everyday I feel sooooo much better. Im excited to kick something that I thought was really helping but in reality was working me into an early grave. 400+ mg a day of caffeine to legit nothing and I will not break for this, it’s for a better life and thank you for easing my mind!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hell to the yes!!!!! this is such a massive accomplishment. Huge congrats on the progress you have made. I lived it, i get it and you made an excellent decision!
Jesus lord 400+ a day. I did 100 to 350 max for 4 years. I am on day 7 i still feel like complete dogsh!t. Man caffeine can fck you up. Its horrifying.
I finally did it! I've been caffeine free for five days now and the withdrawal symptoms are finally gone. This is how I did it . I made a rule for myself that says 1 cup of coffee equals 5 pushups. In other words I had to do five pushups for every cup of coffee I drank that day before I went to bed. After about 4 days I was down from about a pot of coffee to 3 cups. Then I found out that my blood pressure is dangerously high. Which motivated me to give it up entirely. Vitamins and healthy eating helps with withdrawal symptoms. So does a good morning routine. Good luck to everyone. Stay strong you can get through the withdrawals. It doesn't always take two weeks. This is the first time I have been caffeine free in 14 years.
Gave up vaping 2 months ago today and gave up caffeine about 1 month ago. I am exhausted. I feel sad and empty . I have 0 motivation. I am just trying to be patient with my body as it undergoes massive construction
Down to 150 mg between 1 am coffee and half the pre workout i was using. Previously, it was usually 2 cups, a Monster, and a 2nd Monster or preworkout. It was sending my anxiety through the roof. Not quitting cold turkey this time. Slow and steady!
This is my first week without taking preworkout after using it for about 3-4 months, I noticed that it would take me upwards of 700-800mg of caffeine to feel the effects of it which was my sign to stop.
Man I quit caffeine for 9 days about two weeks ago. Don't know why I decided to start drinking it again lol. Quitting wasn't all that bad at all! First day had a headache all day and all in all about four days of fatigue. After that I started feeling real good. I'm a very calm guy even on caffeine but once I was clean of it I a more peaceful type of calm and it was wonderful. Anyways this time ill quit as of my last glass of coffee before work this weekend. That heavy fatigue the first few days sort of sucked at work, your muscles just don't want to put out.
I love coffee. I find it the hardest to quit. Porn made me feel guilty and wimpy around women so it was fairly easy to quit, once I decided I want to. Weed and nicotine, it was tough, but many reasons to quit both. But coffee, loves it, but I should give it up. Just no reason to. I'll do it soon anyway. I love coffee so much. Haha.
My baseline: one bang + cold brew a day. I decided to quit after doing this for about 2 years. Not only is this horrible for your health, I was shocked by the amount of money I was wasting and potentially could save, I mean that’s like HUNDREDS a month! I’ve been bang energy free for weeks and stopped drinking coffee now too. Day 5 of my withdrawals and headaches are gone, but I have bone and muscle aches (thought I was getting covid for the second time lol) and flu liek symptoms. On top of that, I have increase pulse, my heart rate is 95-110 resting. I know that this is common and only temporary though. Ultra filtered Decaf coffee from here on out!
I work nights and drink 3 bangs a day and a few cups of coffee.. I'm watching this because I'm 24hrs into no bangs. I've had 2 cups of coffee before work tonight
Day 8 no caffeine, no sugar. Day 4-5 I was so anxious I thought I’m going to die. Now I feel so depressed, crying easily, no motivation or energy to do anything… I hope this shall pass because how can you function like thjs…
@@magtechmagdump8166 Yes it happened to me. C4 isn’t certified by the FDA and it has some substance in it that causes nausea and almost like you’re sick. Hope this helps
I did. As soon as I stopped C4 energy drinks I felt literally depressed.. it was dark. C4 has a lot of ‘stuff’ in it that’s unregulated. Interestingly, L-Tyrosine is an active ingredient in C4 products as well. So an incredibly high boost of Dopamine that’s now been taken away.
@@Jaywood09 you gotta think about it, the fda knows damn well about C4 and all these drinks, they choose not to regulate it, they know it’s bad. That’s why they are allowed to sell alcohol and cigarettes, just throw a warning on it and your good. I think it’s bad by the feel, not trusting those people who are in those departments to say anything, if it’s generating a dollar especially the kind C4 is, they will only stop it if there’s direct evidence it seriously harmed someone
I quit cold turkey 3 weeks ago and I still have nick pain and headaces. I eat healthy, don't do drugs or alcohol, and exercise daily. I don't know why I am having such difficulties after 3 weeks. 😪
I'll be honest, I have anxiety with or without drinking coke, energy drink or coffee I think for some of us it's become a necessary evil especially if you're having to work for long hours without that many breaks. I think it's okay to drink "some" but remember to give your body a break: no-one needs to be wired all the time. I would quit but if I did not have this I'd struggle to keep my routine consistent I think I recognise why my body has been making me unwell: I've been having hardcore withdrawals - I do not think I can quit at this time, there's simply too much in my life that requires me to be focused. Just remember to give your body a 8 hour window just before bedtime - it's not fullproof but going cold turkey for this guy just ain't happenin' pal too much to do.
2 days in and am feeling kinda fluish and brain fogged @____@ What I've noticed helps for me is forcing myself to do some light exercises, If I can get some dumbbells and start doing some overhead presses, or do some pushups, almost immediately the fluish feeling goes away :)
has anyones heartrate slowed down since quitting caffeine? im on day five and these past 5 days my heart rate has been so slow and heavy.. it feels like its gunna stop. pretty sure its my heart getting used to beating regularly without having a stimulant: im someone who would drink up to 6-8 cups a day
In one of your videos about will my lungs heal from vaping. But they smoked so much. Its a bit like if they had one boxing much they will probably heal. But if they keep doing it so many times. They could end up getting brain damage from boxing. Or in a boxing much they can keep getting back up. Up and till when the body can no longer take it anymore
My sleeping schedule has been out of whack, and experiencing a eye twitch, depression, sadness, i still have my one cup of black coffee once a day but i have quit my large sweet tea from mcdonalds for once a day, and im having serious serious withdrawls, when does this go away it has been about a month now and i eat very healthy by the way i even eat cauliflower and am gluten free
Do you still use caffeine? How long did it take for you to get through your withdrawals and get normalised where you could feel joy and excitement again and not be severely depressed?

Tom McCauley and Tiffany Valencia, I know this probably isn't what you are hoping to hear. After two weeks of abstinence I started consuming caffeine again and I have no immediate intentions to stop. I have, however, beaten some very strong cravings for THC and alcohol, once with a little help from a higher power (I drove to a dollar store, a grocery store and two gas stations and couldn't find any beer for sale, so I gave up). Yep headaches pounding heart pain all over your body joint pains tension band headaches etc it’s like the flu without the rubbing nose etc but with anger and anxiety
Yah I feel like I’m on a roller coaster
Your videos are really comforting and helpful so thanks for what you do my friend.
how’s it going now overall?
and here i am thinking 200mg was too much
Praying for you man! I gotta kick caffine too!
Hi I have a question for you how long did it take you to fully recover
@@2babe6 I recovered fully within a month. I was actually back to good sleep and no more cravings by Day 18. I spent so many days just sleeping to make time pass. I knew as soon as my body had gone a week without it in my system I'd be good so I slept that entire first week I even took a week off of work for that. Life seemed boring for a little bit after (flatline from wothdrawal) but around Day 23 was when I started getting a spark for what I used to love doing without the caffeine. Here and there I'll have a soda with some caffeine in it but I regularly leave it alone.
Please for the love of god get rid of that opening noise, that demented rooster or whatever it was, absolutely plagued my ears.
Demented monkey 😂
How did it go? Did you kick those habits?
Did it go away?
Effects lasted far longer than 10 days. For me, it's been 2 months, and I still nap every day.
Me too
Did you have a constant headache after 1 month?
@@jimmymcgill5572if you’re tapering, you will have minimal symptoms and be able to down regulate your dependence on caffeine.
Headaches have never lasted more than a few days for me, but if I went cold turkey from my 1g+ daily levels, I’d definitely be hurting for a while.

I believe caffeine has heightened my anxiety especially preworkout
Withdraws was rough but the reward is huge more cash in my pocket increased energy.
I'm not even going to lie this video was great sometimes watching videos like this give me more anxiety but this was mild smooth and very informative
It's no joke, I'm close to two weeks in cold turkey and I wasn't prepared for it but I'm just going to power through
how did it go
Still having headaches?

I've quit caffiene off and on through life. I never get the headaches but I always got this overwhelming sensation of extreme exhaustion and fatigue for 2 weeks and the first 2 days I can't get up and walk around I'm just slouched. but I never had headaches
Same. Last time I was awake for about 5-6 hours per day for three days once I started to crash proper, but I also haven't had headaches from withdrawal. After that it was about a week of brain fog and then I started to feel pretty normal.
Another way to deal with headache is to just have a headache and wait for it to go away

Lol😂❤.
I already quit alcohol, added sugar, caffeine, and thanks to my 10y+ wife I also quit sex. I am addiction free !
real sex is much better than porn tho lets face it mates lol.

I think caffeine is one of the toughest addictions because when people deal with some brain fog it’s a go too . Like nootropic blends etc .
My caffeine intake: 1mug strong tea @morning, 1cup coffee @afternoon
Day 1-5 coldturkey
no motivation to do any work, not even watching movies/entertainment , forget about exercise
feeling sleepy all day, pain in eyes
just want to sleep, but sleeping adds more to brainfog
Brain fog all the time.Feeling confuses while talking.
Just trying not to sleep today until 10pm

Day 8
very minor tightness in headache
but still somewhat lazy during day
fasting at night made a significant difference in improving mood.
The logic is, our digestive system is a major organ (collectively), and it needs to be free from the work of digestion to be able to do detoxification
As per ayurveda too, its advised to not eat anything at night because thats the time for detoxification.
You will be amazed at how much difference just 1 nihht of fasting makes
headache kicks in again, turns out the headache/brainfog was more due to dehydration because i sat in ac room which prevented my brain to ask for water, this continued for 3 months resulting in chronic dehydration
Just turning off the ac solved the problem (almost)

Day 15:
Back to drinking coffee again
I didnt had headache in a year of drinking coffee, why suddenly, i thought?
So it was partially due to dehydration and majority from my jaw clenching habit (that i enjoyed doing)..which strained my tmj muscles causing tension headache and all symptoms/fog association with it.
I didnt realise i had this habit until i consiously stopped doing it.
So, i am back to coffee again. Will try quitting in future again if required.

So I’ve been drinking 2 bang energy drinks a day for about 4 months and if I’m not drinking bang I’m taking pre workout so I’m usually Intaking around 600mg and I wanna quit.Today will be day 1 wish me luck !!
Damn
I can already feel your headache lol
How is it going? I’ve been drinking those bangs for about 3 years. Started as 1 a day progressed to 3 a day. Yikes! Time to say good bye! Day 3’foe me! 😅😅😅
im 4 weeks in and my 3rd week i started getting crazy headaches behind my left eye and prefrontal cortex
I was a heavy coffee drinker, but recently I decided to quit coffee. First few days of coffee withdraw I feel very sick, and headache.
Day 4 and still haven’t had that a bad headache and would drink around 200-300mgs every day
3-4 cups of coffee a day, today is day 1.
I’ve been cycling high amounts of preworkout for about two years now and even when I take 4-6 week breaks, once I get back into it, it seems my tolerance hasn’t decreased at all.
same here lol
One month off, 2 years on..it’s gonna take a lot longer if a break then 4-6 weeks to recover. It took me 6 months to really say I fully recovered. 4 months is when I felt really great though.
When i used to take preworkout like c4 i take for a month and stops for 2 weeks then repeat..

I hate going to the gym with low energy i feel like i waste a workout and about 1-2 hrs. At work i start to work super slow, usually it takes me 4-4:30 hrs and when I’m not caffeinated it takes 5-6 hrs to finish all my work.
day 3 of no caffeine and I am just hungry and tired all the time, it feels like being stoned, body just wants to eat and rest
Using some green tea to help with transition. I’ll probably stick with that for a while. It’s not anything like coffee. Actually makes me feel relaxed. What are your thoughts on green tea?
That has caffeine

Today I quit. Ty for the video mate!
They make sugar free energy drinks and I’d say those are more popular than the regular ones
This video provides great advice. Thanks!

Currently I feel super nauseas, sweaty palms and feet, terrible anxiety, and extreme fatigue and mind fog. Any clue on when I should expect these symptoms to clear?

Caffeine is a hell of a drug..
Haha.
I am on 6-7day of no caffeine and finding difficulty to focus and stomach pain 😖
I’m here after coming off of Ghost pre workout and I’ve had all these symptoms. I maybe was getting around 200-300mgs a day. Thanks for the video

@@AddictionMindset did you feel withdrawal symptoms when the caffeine wore off?

I have been addicted to caffeine for a long time. I want to finally flush it out of me.Gods give me strength.
