No doubt I wanna see this one in action, we have been debating with friends on if the normal -rush or Hybrid version is better and from what I seen it's a matter of personal preference On my end I had way better results with the normal version with skull sata+Blackwargrowl and only 2 Blast modes as you went for this profile. I personally prefer the milling playstyle even though its less consistent, id be open to trying this hybrid decklist but considering bt10 is right around the corner I dont think its worth buying the hybrid engine for it. On another note... have you looked into blue hybrid post limit hit? I feel like its still a decent deck and its been made even cheaper, so possibly a budget midtier deck?
Thanks! Makes sense not to commit to the Purple Hybrid engine as of right now. But the cards a very cheap, and I would still suggest picking them up in general. I haven't looked too much into Blue Hybrid recently, but I do think it is a decent deck to play for sure. I feel the MagnaGarurumon package would be quite good for it as well.
Is Zwart Defeat an ok substitute for the DeathXMon since it's very, very expensive and trying to find an actual BT9 box is like pulling teeth in getting it at a fair price?
Man i was excited to try and build this, then saw how expensive the beelzemons actually are. My god. Cool ass list though man. Got any suggestions for a more budget friendly build without bt2 beelzemons and blast modes? Im just pretending deathx isnt there😂😂
That's gona be quite difficult. I would actually suggest waiting for the Beelzemon Starter Deck to come and that can be very budget friendly. But it is gona be a long wait though.
I would try to maximize Beelzemon Blast Modes, you can play another copy of Death Slinger as well. Or you can wait for the new Beelzemon stuff that is coming in BT10.
Cool video and great visuals. I like the idea to mix two decks to create something with a new dynamic. I currently try to build a Grandracmon/MaloMyotismon deck. what were the best/worst matchups during testing for this deck?
Thanks for watching! I think this Beelzemon deck has a very fair matchup against most meta decks of the format. If you can rush your opponent down fast enough and see your tamers early, it does well. The 2 biggest threats would be BlackWargreymon and D-Reaper. BlackWargreymon can block and can be protected with deletion effects. As for D-Reaper, I don't have any Psychemons to slow them down, and they have no Levels to begin with which also makes Beelzemon's deletion effects useless. Hope this helps!

Seen this done well a few weeks ago at a regional, gave it a try in a simulator and can totally see why he plays it like this.

Yea it can be an decent substitute. If you do have a third Blast Mode, I would recommend going for that instead to increase consistency.
@@AVAULT I only have 2 Blast Modes, 4 EX 02 and 3 BT2 on Beelzemon sadly.

For the deck profiles I use KMC Perfect Fits which are inner sleeves.
