The Revlon styler works best the more dry your hair is. I air dry my hair and then I run the styler through it and it straightens and smooths my thick hair in about 15 mins.

Jewelzy Julz I agree. Hair needs to be air dried. Or you can quickly messy dry with a hair dryer. I have thick textured hair. This styler has been a game changer for me. I usually have to touch up with a flat iron toward the top of my head where the dryer doesn’t reach. I love this thing.

The key to the air stylers is letting your hair dry or drying it most of the way then using it to finish drying and styling. I have the smaller Revlon hot air styler with the interchangeable attachments and it takes me about 20 minutes to dry and flat iron the pieces around my face after i let my hair dry about 75% first. I got the Revlon dryer a few weeks ago and am obsessed! My hair is on the thinner side and is fine, but long. I let it dry prob about 75% and then go in with this beast. It's so smooth after that I don't have to straighten it anymore. Plus it helps with my frizz and adds some volume. Once you remove extensions I think you'll love it. Also, I see you fan your face to dry it after setting spray. I got a mini hand fan on Amazon last yr, it's version tech. Amazeballs! Especially in summer when I'm hot while I'm doing my makeup after drying my hair. It's under $15 and rechargeable. I've had 8 friends/family order after they saw mine and everyone loves it. Just wanted to give a suggestion since you give so many good ones. Thanks girl! 💙💙

I love my Revlon styler, I have learned that it is better on hair that is a bit dryer than towel dried hair and it gets easier to use after a few uses as your arms get used to the motions and the weight/large handle. Also, I have decided that I won’t be paying those crazy prices for the body illuminators and decided to make my own by adding loose highlighter powder to my lotion. I used an empty travel bottle and added in a bit of lotion and a bit of the highlighter powder layered to the top then shook really well. Lots of love!!

I got the Revlon dryer brush when it was half off on Ulta, and I’m happy with it for that price. It works best for me when I make sure to section my hair in smaller, manageable sections. I have a lot of hair, too. It does help to save time on additional styling and gives extra volume if used correctly near the roots. I wouldn’t pay full price. There’s also other smaller round drying brushes at Sally’s Beauty which are intriguing.

for the body glow thing (this is not a liquid suggestion) what you could try is spray the area where you would apply the body glow with setting spray and highlight it immediately with a loose or powder highlight let that dry for a few minutes and then add a little more highlight to it if you wanted. I havent found that to transfer on my clothes much, i used the wet n' wild powder highlight but i guess it could work with anything. hope that makes sense.

I have the older sister to this Revlon hair dryer. It is a paddle brush that dries your hair. I love it because I have long, thick hair and I can not juggle a brush and a hair dryer. With a normal hair dryer, I would have to keep stopping to brush out the wild tangles. I bet I would love this new styler.

I love my Revlon 2 in 1 Dryer like that. I have super thick wavy little longer than shoulder length hair. I let my hair dry about 75% before using it though. There’s a learning curve to getting the roots and short pieces. I get the dryer close to the roots and pull in the opposite direction to get the roots dry and it’s creates volume. I can dry my hair in 20 mins now. It’s saved me about an hour of drying and styling.

comb your strand once. Begin at the roots to dry your hair. Comb it in and let it sit there for like 5-10 sec, than curl the rest of the hair in the brush and wait again a few seconds. Like this it will dry faster! At the beginning I also had sore armes, but with the right technique it's way better.

I got the revlon styler for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!! I have 3a/3b hair that’s thick and shoulder length. Before, I would have to blow dry my hair with a brush, become a big pouf ball, and then be able to straighten it. I can’t just go in with a straightener because of my curl pattern or I’d have to do several passes and still have some wavy pieces. My hair would take me an hour, sometimes an hour and a half to do. With the Revlon styler, I can do my hair in 20-30 mins when it’s only towel dried and it comes out smooth as butter. I also find that it’s less damaging than my flat iron so I’m pretty happy about that 🥰 I hope you get it to work for you!
