You can study abroad thru scholarships. Japanese and korean government/universities offer scholarships to third world countries, undergrad or graduate studies. Just look at their sites. I should know. My daughter finished her straight PhD from one of the top universities in South Korea. You can still work part time while studying. Free tuition with monthly stipend (more than enough to cover ALL your expenses while studying).
