      Thank you for a very informative TH-cam Video Titled: How to make over 500k with just 200 kienyeji chicken How much does a poultry farmer make in Kenya aired on 4th January 2019.
      I have started keeping Kenbro chicken. To date they are 42 in total and they are in day 48. I would appreciate a copy of the breakdown you were refering to in the video.
      Secondly do you have a feeds outlet in Meru.
      Thank you.

      Brooding costs are very insignificant once you use a cheap source of heat. We cover during our training the cheapest source of heat for your brooder. Using electricity and such like sources is very expensive and only works to raise your cost of doing business.

    You deceived Kenyans at some point,
    Who is this buying an egg at 33/=? I think the best buyer you can get can buy at 15/=.
    I challenge you to name any buyer who can buy with the price you mentioned

    • @Homerangepoultry
      @Homerangepoultry  5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Do proper research, we ourselves at Homerange Poultry Kenya do sell fertilised eggs at Kshs. 1000 per tray, and so do all the farmers who produce eggs under our Outgrowers program. The eggs we refer to are not eggs for consumption, those are the eggs that are sold for Kshs. 15. However, fertilised eggs are sold for not less than Kshs. 30 in Kenya.
      We would know, we have been in the kienyeji business since March 2012 :-)
