Bought mine Nov 2021 to use the next year. Worked fine seemingly for the year. 2023 I got maybe six or seven days use before all sorts of things broke off the machine. Enough so that it was put in the shop end of June and parts to fix it didn't show up until almost November. So ardisam offered a new mower (after five months of no mowing the sixty acre deer property it was bought for). 2024 the new replacement lasts about 15 hours. The pulley guide bolts - all 4 get sheared off (pretty sure the same happened on the first one but never realized it), the pulley breaks and the wheel falls off. ardisam says sorry, figure out how to get it out of the field and take it to a service shop. Get it there about the end of June. Get it to the shop, ardisam is covering the cost but the shop tells me don't expect the mower until sometime in September because they're waiting for the parts. Do not recommend, try DR, Swisher or whatever else you can find.
Sent an email to "customer service" on Monday asking if I'll get the part to fix the machine this decade. No answer, so it's probably going to be next decade. Overall owner is Ardisam, they have more companies under their name beside earthquake. Their baronetter pop up blind which I bought a couple years ago didn't even make it through the turkey season. Always check to be sure you aren't getting one of their things.
You have to tighten the belt pulley set screws and adjust the belt adjustment turnbuckle before using... i think in delivery transport they rattle loose.
I have had nothing but problems with mine. within 30 days the belt broke, then the brake on the pulley broke, then the solid steel pin for the arm snapped in half and now the starter is out. For spending almost $2700 this is a piece of junk.
2 months waiting for the part, which I think is the wheel bolt for the wheel that fell off after 15 hours on the new replacement machine. Second year in a row that the machine has been down multiple months and I'm not able to mow the 60 acres of grass and weeds. I do not recommend this machine. Customer service is atrocious.
Still waiting on the part. Haven't even been contacted to let me know the part status. Second year in a row this piece of garbage has been in the shop for months waiting on parts.

Can you pull behind a truck? Never mind, I heard the answer in the video.
