@@dwad8710 If you're referring to Team Yell, they're hardly "edgy". Since Galar is meant to be Pokemon's equivalent of England, they're essentially just football hooligans cheering on their favourite "team", so to speak.

So can we just take a moment to appreciate how Piers puts a ton of effort into being an awesome older brother? He assembles team yell, gets Marnie her first pokemon, and in the postgame, he IMMEDIATELY panics that Marnie might be in trouble every time Sonia says a new dynamax issue popped up. Game Freak was worried about a dark type gym leader seeming evil, and ended up making a dark type gym leader that comes across as a doting, almost over-protective older brother that looks like he desperately needs a nap (seriously, he looks SO tired, all the time). Can we, as a community, just collectively give this man a hug? He deserves it.

This song, out of all the rival theme songs, is the most "heroic" sounding, its a total shame they didn't give Marnie more to do or a chance to be a badass in the main story. Like this song would have fit perfectly when the legendaries pop in for the fight against Eternatus, that would have been the perfect moment for her to shine

I just wish they made her less basic as a character as it doesnt really follow her design at all, her leather jacket and hair gave me the impression she would be more wild as a character, which is something I wish GameFreak would do more for rivals or side characters, at least Piers is interesting.
And no I'm not looking for another TH-cam argument I respect your opinion if you enjoy Pokemon as it is now, I'm just annoyed at the current state of Pokemon.

The Kahunas are more like Alolas elite four except Nanu Who is like mehh. Dark type trainers are usually already dominant due to evil teams and gen 2 3 and 5 elite four members

Aren't the gym leaders and trials the same? You basically do different tasks each gym in each region and beat trainers inside the gyms to get to the gym leader/kahuna.
