Try turning the idle up a touch. Most of the time, when they are hunting like that, it's because they are going below normal idle at the bottom of the cycle. (When you turn the camera on, always make sure it's sideways, most lock perspective when you hit the button)
maybe a fuel issue .
I'll check it out when I go out to the shop today I had to rerout the fuel line from the fuel pump to the carburetor it might be kinked

I'll look to see if it has a ideal set screw on the carburetor
