Gladys and Doris, both over 90 years old, have been regulars at the Cupertino Senior Center. Yet for years, they found themselves merely watching from the sidelines during social dances and karaoke, never invited to participate-until Barry Chang stepped in. Barry believes that a good senior service program isn’t just about offering activities but actively encouraging seniors to engage. He understands that participation is key to maintaining both mental health and physical wellbeing.
