@SinnerAJ I'm alittle late. A whole 2 weeks late but I don't think perryjg wants you to permafarm. He wants you to farm until there's an opportunity on the map. Also, it's free gold and experience that you don't want to leave up for the enemy jungler to take. Sawyer can drop a whole quadrant of camps for plays that are guaranteed to work. Until you get better at identifying guaranteed vs not even likely plays/ganks then powerfarming is optimal.
