  • Here is the End of January Goals Update! I'm going to share with you all the things that have happened as I progressed through January. I have lost weight, had my drainage tube removed, got some camera equipment as well as a new addition to my home gym and I'm still prepping for the N5 exam that I hope to take in December of this year!

      Planks are so hard lol. I loath them so much, but they give fast results. ALL THE POWER TO YOU and if you find yourself mentally cussing them out, please know you’re not alone.😂😅

    i walked further with the dog......at 64 years old its hard but doable......yeah the weather makes it hard most times but spring will be here soon and i bundle up.......im not the weigh yourself type......i go by how my clothes fit.......trying to eliminate sugars as best as i can......and i use a lot of olive oil on everything

      Hey! That’s really good for 64 and yeah, I think moving at all during the winter is a big ask lol. You are the third person who has told me that the scale is a liar 😂. I completely believe it. I use to weigh myself every week and that was horrible. Clothes are a great measurement. My jeans are thanking me.😂 All smart food tips too. I have to admit though cutting sugar is HARD. I have a sweet tooth for sure. 👍 good for you on being that determined! 👏👏👏

      Yay, keep being healthy❤I'm doing my best right now with daily walking and cut back on coffee. Sipping water all day and learning something new each day. Love your channel, have a great beautiful month❤❤❤

    Im in Utah our apartment complex has a gym and walking trails by it so its great. Im sure your area is different so im glad you figured out the best option to get exercise with the treadmill ❤❤❤now i need to find a job to. But first my recent eye exam ahowed cloudiness in my left eye so they referred me to see a ophthalmologist friday for possible glaucoma. Im 52 . 🙏
