I have found that sciatica stretches temporarily give me relief. I also have an inversion table at home. I use a roll up camping sleeping bag mat to stand on, and lastly, one thing that has made a HUGE improvement in how my hips and Knees and feet feel is I ended up purchasing a pair of ON running shoes, that have a significant improvement on how I feel after 9 hours on a shop floor.

Hairstylist here at 60 years old, been doing it for many years. I have been wearing cute shoes, these are causing me pain in my feet, but I just ordered some orthotics shoes they should be here soon. I May order a saddle chair to cut hair with as well. Then I can sit every now and then . I have neck and shoulder pain and foot pain. I need to stretch more. I am tired of hurting!

This has nothing to do with this video but I recently hurt my shoulder. I did a bit of arm wrestling with my friends, and then later went to volleyball practice and surged for about 45 minutes. My upper arm/shoulder have started hurting whenever I hit the ball. I’ve tried ice, heat, stretching, medicine, and have given it plenty of rest. Not sure what I can do to stop it from hurting and what the actual diagnosis would be.

I had a slight tear in my bicep tendon (at the shoulder) 2 years ago. At 55 years young I don’t recover lie I used to.
I can’t give you medical advice, but here’s what my doctor prescribed and I am FINALLY back to normal.
      1) careful what activities you engage in.
      2) Ibuprofen daily asan inflammatory
      3) I started working out with resistance bands
This helped me a lot. I wish you well.

I work for Amazon. Today is my 5th day. My feet really hurt but I don’t want to quick because I have bills to pay and I live in Miami. Their pay is better compare to other company.

Brad - "We are the two most famous physical therapists on the internet." Me - "Well if someone says so on the internet, then it MUST be true!" Seriously though, I like that one using the two chairs for traction. I am currently trying to think of what I've got around here in this small apartment with just me in it, but I'll probably come up with something.
