Today I am testing xiaomi mi 10t pro to see if its still good in 2022.
This smartphone from xiaomi was released in October 2020.
I have to say this is my favourite xiaomi smartphone. For a few reason
The price, camera performance, 144hz refresh rate, snapdragon 865 and amazing battery.

I have Mi10T Pro from 2020, bought it to have it long-term, pretty satisfied, will not change it for one or two more yrs. Perfect phone.

I'm using my 10T Pro for more than a year now, and it's just an amazing phone. Camera, speakers, battery life and performance is just great. And I don't really mind IPS screen, since high refresh rate and overall smoothness just makes it up for a lack of amoled. Also, quality of this screen is really not bad, you can only notice difference when you compare it side by side with some phone with amoled screen. Everything else is just superb, and I'm not even thinking about upgrading to something else.

Still rocking my Mi 10T Pro for more than a year and it's as awesome as the day I got it. Flashed PixelExperience (Android 12) and it's even better than what it was with MIUI. My next phone will probably be a Galaxy or Pixel but I'm looking at still using this phone for 1-2 more years.

Still my phone since it came out and it was a flagship killer back then. Used to like my Samsung, and I still have my galaxy note 10. However, I didn't see any reason to spend another $1000+ for a new Samsung device with just an amoled and wireless charging, waterproof cert. When Xiaomi could offer just as good if not better, phones with 108mp and 8k video, longer battery and fast charge. For just 1/3 of the price. Most phones now are water resistant. And most people wouldn't dare dunking in a $1000+ phone even if it's waterproof just to get a selfie underwater. I didn't mind the amoled after long usage. Wireless charging or reversed charge? Wired is still a lot faster and more applicable to people on the go.
Tech are getting smart, but be smarter.

The Mi 10T Pro got submerged in water on one of these TH-cam videos and I even did it. It worked any issues.

I'm so glad this phone is a flagship phone with an IPS LCD panel and I say that as someone who's a hardcore fan of OLED panels.
Consumers should have the option of being able to buy more and more LCD flagship smartphones if they so choose to.

Hi Dariusz, yeah I think overal for the price that you would get this was probably best overall phone from xiaomi in recent years. As the 11T series is kinda of downgrade and 12 series as the way its built now seems kinda settle from xiaomi too. As the T versions usually are more limited/cheaper components, I do feel that even this autumn then 12T will be released it will be downgrade in camera's as well compared to 2gens older device. So its really worth to looking for a phone as Mi 10T Pro:) unless somebody is afraid of LCD IPS. but SD865 is best overall, no overheating, no excessive power compsumption.
p.s. the slow-mo 120fps was shot on main or UW lens? I do have Mi 10 Pro 5G as secondary device and 120fps are only from UW lens, so its totally unusable. In this video it seemed that 120fps are better, wonder what xiaomi changed, because MI 10 Pro is superior to the T version as overall.
Totally agree to what you said. 120slow mo is only available on a main sensor
@@DariuszTech nice, they implemented that also on Mi 11 regular model with HMX sensor and 120fps is there too. Kinda weird why xiaomi forgot to update Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro to have that, because Mi 10T Pro has same hardware .
I own this device from January 2021 and I have loved it since then. It's still holding up strong. 144hz is a delight and the cameras are excellent till date. Software has gotten buggy so thinking of flashing custom rom. Any suggestions?
I don't have much clue about Custom ROM
Flash xdroid or flamingo, both the best roms on this device by far.

Great review. I use this phone almost a year now, and I can agree that it is great, well rounded phone. You mentioned in this video bokeh effect which you can switch on/off on video mode on both cameras. I just can't find that let's call it cinematic option. Please help... Thank you.
If you go video when you look up there is a star icon. Click on it and it will give you some additional filters and bokah effect too.👍🙂

Not an easy choice. I really liked the mi11 but sadly battery isn't not very good. Camera is very similar

Tyko co z tego skoro masz ips jako ekran? A przez to brak aod? To właśnie xiaomi zawsze coś spierdziela. Do tego ich miui to tragedia.

Going to repair the mi 10t pro I have laying around and replace the Huawei p40 pro I have now. Better phone overall.

Overall I think Xiaomi 10t pro is better in terms of camera performance. However the Huawei p30 pro has 5x optical Tele zoom lens. Sadly you won't get much software upgrade on Huawei. Battery is not as good as mi.
It's not an easy choice but I would pick xiaomi.
Czas mija ja dalej z Mi 10T Pro, już 1.5 roku, zaczołem się ostatnio zastanawiać jakbym miał go wymenic to na co?! Każdy obecny "średniak " za nawet 2tys ma problem przebic ten telefon, jedyny mały minus to wyswietlacz ips a tak? Optyczna stabilizacja przód, tył, zdjęcia do dziś żyletka, najbardziej w tym tel brakuje teleobiektywu tak by była miazga :) Na co by go wymienić na coś troche lepszego polecisz coś? Mysle nad prezentem na świeta bożego narodzenia dla siebie a 3 miesiace to zleci.. ;)
Zdecydowanie. Mój ulubiony Xiaomi telefon. Od 11 wszystko się popsuło 😭

@@DariuszTech Własnie w Mi11T Pro brak stabilizacji przy filmach obraz ładnie skacze itp, chodź zdjecia zbliżone mają do siebie, ciekawe jak to będzie z tym 12T Pro, jakby dali optyczna stabilizacje i tele x3 i dobrą cene było by pieknie, zastanawiałem sie nad Samsungiem A53 nie ma sensu zmeniac na niego niby fajny i ciekawy a parametry gorsze :)

I would pick Motorola but it's nearly as twice expensive here. I like 5x optical zoom and 144hz amoled display. It's newer phone so you will get more updates.

How do you compare this with the Samsung A53 camera ?
Xiaomi has better camera overall. 144hz display. Better battery. But the a53 has 4k selfie camera, brighter amoled screen with expandable storage and longer software updates.

Let me explain.I'm not an Apple fan. I have tested 13 and 13 pro and was very disappointed. To be honest it's down to the price. I have noticed mi 10t pro is cheaper here in the UK than mi 10 pro. They're both very good smartphones but I wasn't impressed with the battery on mi 10 pro. Maybe this was improved after all the software updates. I don't know.

I am also searching for Mi 10t pro (due to the LCD), but I couldn't purchase it. Because Mi 10 series have a Volte issue in Korea. So It's hard to get this phone. Finally I found a seller of Mi 10 pro. So I'm whether or not I should buy the Mi 10 Pro now.

I personally wouldn't buy it unless you can get it very cheap. For around £300 you can buy s52s which is incredible value for money smartphone. 120hz amoled display, very decent camera that can shoot 4k across all the lenses. OIS , SD card slot and headphone jack with Snapdragon 778.

Hi nice picture and your kid(s) too. The sensors of MI 10t pro Sd865 while MI 11 T pro is sd 888. these chips enhance video and camera quality. However there is iOS on MI 10 T pro as you already told on your previous video(s).
Shame that they didn't include the OIS in Xiaomi 11t Pro 😭

It somehow does better than a s22 ultra in gaming it can run genshin inpact at max settings indefinitely where the s22 ultra throttles.

XIAOMI 10t pro has 30x digital zoom with the main 108mps Samsung sensor and as far i can remember mi10t has only 10x. Both have the same ultra wide angle and selfie camera 🙂

I think I would pick galaxy a52s. As it has expandable storage. 4k selfie camera and amoled screen 👍 plus headphone jack and cost similar and will have more software updates ☺️

Both great phones. 10t pro has more flagship features such as processor ,144hs refresh rate and OIS and better camera overall. But the redmi note 12 pro has amoled display, expandable storage , headphone jack and it's nearly 3 years newer so you'll get more software updates. I think I would pick the Redmi Note 12 pro

Very hard decision. Very similar camera but mi 10 has amoled screen but not the best battery. On 10t pro you can get 2 days battery life if you careful.

Exynos 990 is inconsistent overheating& battary problem.
That's why I'm in delema.
Overall a superb phone.
When I was testing S20+ battery was fine. I really enjoyed that phone and S20 ultra is going to be even better 😉
