This band is a great hidden gem. This song has such a Motorhead feel. I found this band when I was rummaging through some Discharge back in late 1990's, but haven't yet dug into their catalog...which is overdue. I need to catch up on these fellas as they hit the spot for me.
Saw them in 2008 for the tour they did for thus album. It was beyond great!!! Saw the At The Gates reunion (the 1st one) show pretty soon after. 2008 was a wonderful year for shows/concerts, lol.
This is one of my all time favorite albums. Tomas Lindberg (At the Gates) on vocals (on this album and the album prior, Misanthropic Generation) & Ulf Cederlund (Entombed) 🤟
Check out the Can We Call This Life? ep by Tragedy (formerly known as His Hero Is Gone). 3 songs/7 minutes. It's one of the best things I've ever heard. It's in the same wheelhouse as Disfear. Disfear live is sublime, haha! They hardly ever come to the US (doubt they have since 2008), and hail from Sweden.
I bought the Everyday Slaughter CD in the 90's and it's great. I think they had lineup changes after that album, and to me, it was never as good. The music and vocal is better on Everyday Slaughter. It has a stronger D-beat drive.
I love that band. Try Habak from Tijuana. I used to listen to street but had to go harder in my old age. I love Skitsystem and Anti Cimex. Check out some Nausea
A bit late but, FUCK YES!!! great reaction and I’m glad You and the viewers enjoyed this, thank you for doing this! Check out the rest of their stuff whenever ya got the time 💥👊🏽
Bonus points for the improv riff on Sly & The Family Stone! Different strokes for different folks, which just happens to be a huge mantra for this channel....and so on and so on, scooby dooby dooby!! Another one for the Music = YES; Vocal = NO file for me. The riffs were fantastic but I was not digging the vocal style. I will still give it horns, though, as I did not find it totally unlistenable. 🤘
Disfear rules!
"Metal punk hybrid" Lmao. You're listening to Swedish crust my friend, through and through. Love it!!!

This song fucks! I bet Disfear shows were crazy. I literally might have exploded at one of their shows.
