I have a hard time sleeping and have to take sleeping pills, but sleeping pills and the medicine I take regularly can't be taken together. If I take them, I get a really bad headache. So I had to stop taking sleeping pills. It was very difficult for me to stay up late every day because I couldn't sleep and I was very stressed. I didn't know about ASMR until I met you.
