Just one advice dear brother, please try to avoid saying in sha Allah when doing dua, because this is prohibited in a hadith. Except for that the video was very interesting, ma sha Allah. I ask Allah to make all three of you huffadh.

I think it’s best for one to be conversational enough to be able to take duroos in Arabic before coming.

That being said, you don’t have to delve into someone’s Aqeedah if all you’re going to be doing is memorisation and learning Arabic.
If you have an issue with what a scholar is teaching, leave and find another scholar to learn from.

How does someone enroll for it what are the requirements
As a Mauritanian origin and an ex student of a Mahdhara in Boulahrath, typically you don't pay anything. I was staying in a family house and I used to attend Mahdhara just for study times.
I don't know about this place about the feeding aspect but I'm of the belief that there is no tuition fees.
