This is the movie I am searching for a long time. The original version of this movie is from Malayalam I guess acted by Mammootty (but not sure which version came first). This is such a wonderful movie (though haven't did well in box office). The movie portrays the bitter truth of how money and power spoils innocent people lives. I have searched in all movie databases (even visited once to Raj video vision - but by it wasn't available). Again thanks for uploading. This movie is worth watching.
90's people got employment not like the above comment, many small scale industries and local small companies were doing good salary was low and inflation was low after IT came salary as well as inflation steeply up
Those who haven't seen this movie, please watch it..a different screenplay, last but not least, soul searching music by Ilayaraja will make you enjoy, sync, cry with the story line.

if you are looking for a perfect commercial film where hero would win the villain in every possible way, this is not the file you should look for. this is the another way around how the high class society (be it politicians, industrialists etc) with huge wealth exploits common man but in realistic way
After 6.35, comes singapermal koil near chengalpattu. I saw this movie shooting while I was a small kid. Still remember, i met Karthik sir, anandbabu sir and veniraadai moorthy sir. There was a huge crowd in that place till midnight packoff

Karthik is one of my favourite actor. But, the movie should be blievable. I dont think, anyone going to suicide without any reason. too much fakeness compare to real life.
