For example, nihilists who don’t believe life has a meaning aren’t necessarily suicidal, they are just people who don’t have beliefs and then follow their own path to give to their life their own meaning. For emotionless people, i don’t think the term is really good because what if it describe a disability to physically express your emotions but you still have some inside. Humans have emotions, just the way we express them depend on our education and our personality.
