- Our new release is fully packed with 99 new features and 72 bugs were fixed. Check out our release webinar with our Co-CEO Daniel Siegel, our Product Management Lead Andrew Sartorelli and our Product Manager Sophie Demmin.
New features
Setting up non-linear analysis now works natively in Synera and without the use of scripts for select solvers
Time resolved crash simulations are finally here
Synera now natively supports LS-DYNA, so you can:
More efficient token usage for Synera Run
The following updates have been made to improve token usage for Synera Run (note: this does not include the Synera application):
Tokens are now returned automatically after each computation.
We've removed the session timeout so you can keep your sessions open as long as you want.
Results can now be downloaded from open Synera Run sessions without drawing tokens.
Simplified result download - Workflow creators can now specify the file type for each workflow output, simplifying the experience for Synera Run users.
New access management to Synera Run across large user bases:
You can now log in to Synera Run using your company account.
As a workflow creator, you now have more control over your workflows on the server, including session closing and workflow removal.
Roles like Admin, Creator and Consumer ensure appropriate permissions for each user.
New nodes and improvements
Replace Tree Items
New nodes for geometry defeaturing
Index inputs for all FEA nodes
Zip and Unzip nodes
Default node visibility setting
Basic math nodes support physical quantitites

Utility nodes
Physical quantity - Physical quantity values can now be used with the Addition, Subtraction and List Addition nodes.
FEA Solver (New input "Separate process") - When enabled, the solver runs as a separate background process, independent of the main program.
New input "Sub-result" - This new optional input allows you to extract results from any timestep in your analysis.
New input “Index" - The optional “index” is used to identify an FEA entity in an FEA model or deck.
New input “Non-manifold” for the Body Curves node - The Body Curves node now supports non-manifold curves.
New input “Find RegEx“ for the Relace Text node - You can use regular expression to replace texts.
Remove Pattern and Remove at Indices - Dynamic list inputs are added to process multiple lists.
