Hello, I would suggest if you want to use Charlotte as a Shenhe replacement you should equip her with noblesse or song of days past 4pc and an R5 thrilling tales. And because furina is a support, she will want 4pc tenacity

Hydro swirls are actually worse than other swirls because they don’t have AoE and have priority though, and Jean does a lot more damage than Charlotte. Neither are better than her previous meta team, but Jean is better than Charlotte if you want to use Furina with Ayaka. Both can clear easy.

Yes, but keep in mind it’s not always easy or possible to swirl cryo in freeze teams for Kazuha’s 40%. It’s such a marginal upgrade that DMG% can still be better with the right substats, and with so much CR you should already have a good amount of ATK% substats. With Charlotte on Noblesse, a good amount of ATK% subs, and a couple missing cryo swirls DMG% is better. This team isn’t really an improvement over her previous meta team anyways, so no point farming for it or switching between the two just for when you want to use Furina with her.
Not by much, atk goblet is only higher by 2%. Cryo goblet have the advantage of being able to have atk% substat which will cover that 2% gap. Just use the one with the best substat

Furina is great because you can boost teams that normally need a healer anyways and don’t necessarily want Xingqiu/Yelan, but Ayaka works with both and doesn’t need a healer. You’re always sacrificing either Venti/Kazuha’s grouping, Shenhe’s damage boost, or even Mona’s omen extension just to slot Furina and a healer in. It’s not a damage improvement.
