I have heard it called “The Living Word” meaning that No matter what is going on in your life pick up your Bible and start reading….if it doesn’t grab ya, flip some pages, or just change chapters completely and The Word will speak to you!! My Bible is all marked up with Highlighted Verses, underlined passages with dates and events written next to them. Use your Bible like a Workbook, for you are learning to do God’s work!! Wonderful study this morning brother! Sorry for the length. God has given us pointer's to Jesus second coming but no exact time. Man has said His coming was imminent many times in the past, the Civil War and WWI saw great revivals and false preacher's. We've heard it as well but remember what Jesus told the disciples, "even the Son doesn't know the time". God bless y'all, read the Bible, seek biblical leaders, and let God do what he will with false prophets!

Yes, we should grow in our faith, but we are not being saved, we are saved if we have done as the Lord Jesus says in John 6:47, Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on Me hath everlasting life. Keep reading God’s Word every day, but be cautious of study Bibles. I have 4 study Bibles and none of them agree with each other. Study Bibles are from different denominations who are all teaching their denominations beliefs, in place of what God’s Word tells us.
