minnie, here is an alternative idea for printing on envelops: use stamps you can design them and just stamp all the envelops too 💕

Yes, also there are different kinds of ink pads or even embossing powder if you have a heat tool.
I agree, a stamp is best. To reduce consumption and waste, as well as increase efficiency and ease of process, I would have a custom rummer stamp made with your own design, and then use an OIL based stamping ink. They'll need to lay out and dry, but you shouldn't have any problems with it.
There's just always waste involved in cutting custom stickers for everything (and COST) for something that will likely be tossed away. There's also the additional wear on equipment, power consumption, etc.
I was going to suggest that too -- GMTA and all that. :) Cheaper than stickers in the long run, as close to zero environmental impact as you can get, and if you want to do something fancy for higher-tier Patreon supporters or some such, you can paint different colored inks onto the stamp before stamping it, to get a multicolored image.

You should do a video where you recommend and review all the printing services you've used for things like your stickers, prints, business cards, etc!
How about a new thank you card design for each month over the year. They can become collectibles then and maybe people will order something each month to get the new thank you card?

This was a great video I like seeing the more logistical? perspective of having a small biz. Sometimes it is daunting to move from idea to product and even if it is not perfect, it is complete so that you can refine and improve the process it took to get there. Everybody stay safe. One idea for packaging decoration is stamps - they are fun to make and you can use inks that won't smudge when dry, like Stazon or printmaking ink :)
