- This video shows the process of making a Cuban bracelet(Making a Diamond Cuban Link as Bobby white),as they like to call it,and in our opinion it is a carapace weave.The bracelet is made of 925 silver with cubic Zirconia.With such parameters as in the video, the bracelet turned out to be 100 grams 25 centimeters.To facilitate the work, I decided to make a small piece of the bracelet by hand, marked the places where the stones were planted on the link(made a master model) and then removed the rubber mold for further casting of the links.After casting, all I had to do was assemble the bracelet and insert the stones.The lock box is made by hand, except for the upper part where the stones are fixed, these two plates were cut on the machine from wax and cast. I do understand your point view, yet I will do it all hand made. Then I will take one and make it ready for casting.
But if you want to cast it, I would draw one on the Matrix, make it wax and cast, no need to all this hand made
waste of time and materials plus its cleaner and faster.

I like less space in cuban links, but it's your design. Would be faster without casting though.

there is sooo much wrong with process. how many scratches and gouges are the teeth in those pliers leaving in the links.. a lot of weight in metal will be wasted rubbing and polishing those marks out not to mention time and effort.. adjustable spanner works perfectly and dont mark the links.. i could go on but .....
so this needs a new angle of seeing things
