The ceremony for dad is tomorrow, he's 56, and i just turned 18. He left bcs of his cancer, he said he would beat it but he couldn't. He left 6 days after my bday, he always told me he felt good, he felt better, he lied but it asked him to be so brave not to let it appear, i can't be mad at him. He fought for almost 2 years, mom said he was waiting for me to turn 18. This song is telling exactly what i feel. Rest in peace dad ❤️

I know exactly how you feel because I lost my mom on Thanksgiving about two years ago. Losing my mom was hard for me because she had to raise me and my sister by herself. Sometimes, other family members step in to help, but it was always her. To this day, I feel like it's still a dream, and my mind is telling me that she's coming back, but I know she isn't. What made me want to put this comment down was because the way you described a little bit of your dad kinda reminds me of my mom she was the same.i know your comment was like two weeks ago and you probably won't read this but again I'm Sorry for your loss, and I hope you and your family are doing well.

Im also sorry for your loss, it was surely an harsh time, and about it feeling unreal well, i feel the same about dad, i feel like he's still in his room in the hospital fighting his cancer and that he's just too tired to call, he said he would call me the next day and that day never came. My friend who lost her dad 4years ago still thinks sometimes that he's just working in another country like he used to. Ig our mind can't understand completely the death of someone we love, i lost my dad and my grandpa in 3 month and it feels unreal, mostly for dad bcs i knew grandpa was sick. Maybe our parents are having fun together who knows! Let's just imagine the best we can, we should not forget them at all, but think about them of a good way

I had left that comment because if by any chance you did happen to have read it I wanted to let you know that your not alone on my family side we have suffered losses of family members that were gone to soon and having to lose my mother was so hard for me that I almost when in to deep depression but I got out of that because I know that's not what my mom wanted. I really am truly sorry that you lost your dad and I hope you and your family are doing fine and I may not know who you are but just know that this random person wishes you and your family a long and happy life. @@georgesalazar6996 i took some time to answer, i wanted to share a story with you that my uncle told me. When he was a teenager he sort of "died" for a few sec, he was in the hospital for health problems of some sorts. He told me that, once he passed away, he felt something soooo good that it's impossible to describe it. He doesn't believe in god, but he said he was somewhere really peaceful, but they told him it was not his time yet and came back. To him, hell is being on earth, i don't agree on that one but i didn't experience what he did afterall. He also said that, when his mom died, she gave him some signs, and once, she told him that she wouldn't be able to interract with him again like she used to bcs she was going a level higher. I like to believe this story, even tho i don't believe in god. The afterlife for me wasn't serious untill dad visited me. Maybe that's something that can help you imagine good things for your mom? I hope so, may she rest in peace.
