Can't 100% say for sure. I will say not at 4. It's a good ramp and comes in clutch vs people dropping big bodies. With ramping, you can sneak extra characters on board like with 8 don you can get up to a 5 character. Or with 9 don you can get up to a 6 character

Good math! Pluffy has a weak match up so makes sense the math was there.
