Beautiful dolls ❤ I hope you are able to add the other one to your collection soon 😊 I’ve never been drawn to the holiday dolls before because of the extreme hype of them and the overwhelming attention they get during this time of year 🫤 it’s not like they’re rare or special in any way 😑 But I can appreciate the design elements of the dolls from time to time even if they aren’t my primary collection choices, like the 2016 ombré effect that was in the holiday dolls’ dresses (even though the plastic chest cage was highly debated 😉) and that year the Hispanic doll was the most beautiful that I hope to add to my collection one day ✨💖😌💖✨
@@Ms.D-loves-minis3 Thanks Donna! Oh believe me, I’m still on the lookout for the AA version. That one is still pretty expensive online, so I’m still waiting for the prices to drop. Holiday Barbies tend to be cheaper after the holidays. Oh I agree, I tend to not care about the Holiday Barbie line in general. But there are a few that I like-particularly the older ones that aren’t so obviously Christmas themed. The newer ones are definite no for me though. Since 2020, Holiday Barbie has been consistently bad. And they have the gall to sell them for $40-60 a pop? No thanks! 🙂↔️
Merry Christmas! I am glad you have these two. They are very gorgeous with the 90s aesthetics, which is so nostalgic to me as well. I was 10 in 1999, and it was a big deal for entering into the new millennium at that time. The craftsmanship here is uncomparble with nowadays. The jewelry will be made of plastic, and all of the patterns on the gown will be printed if Mattel makes them today. I may add them to my collection as well because I am also a fan of 90s Teresa and Mackie Barbie, and I am totally into velvet.
@ Merry Christmas to you too! 😊 And wow I think we’re the same age. I’m glad you find these 2 dolls nostalgic as well. I honestly recommend them very much. Aside from the impeccable quality, they’re also inexpensive. You can get them at around $20-30 in most shopping sites. They’re a better investment than today’s Holiday Barbies, IMO.
merry christmas!! 🎄gosh these dolls are gorgeous
