      @Ringo Garvin can you not insult all police officers, there is bad police, alot actually, but still not everyone of is, even when the attorney said that he told him to leave 7 times, he said "he left right, that is everything" bad police with use that as refusing to leave, but he didn't, he is a respectable police officer that didn't abuse his power, he only didn't know the place and where restricted areas are

    Sad when even an attorney does not know the law. He needs to have his BAR license revoked.

    • @SuperMatt2112
      @SuperMatt2112 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Well if you actually knew what the BAR License actually is, you might think a bit differently, (BAR) sands for British Accredited Registry, all these lawyers take an Oath are to the Crown and not the US, so all lawyers are unlawful. in fact, hard to believe but its actually illegal for them to tell the truth, notice I said illegal, not Unlawful, the Term Legal is a Corporate term used in commerce its also known as the Law of Water or Admiralty Maritime Law an dit original intent for the LEGAL System was to allow commerce between different nations across the water hence the Law of Water.
      It was with the District of Columbia Act of 1871 when the United States became incorporated, this is important to know because this is around the time the Birth Certificate came into play and it literally made us all individual CORPORATIONS though the Birth Certificate and this is how and why this so called legal system controls us to this day, however, its all considered fiction or Color Of Law. just because something is Legal in no way means that its Lawful. The United States Contsition is the Law of The Land and nothing, no regulation, statutes, rule or policy can over ride our constitutional rights,
      The problem is, back in the mid 60's is when Civics, The Constitution, Bill of Rights ad Declaration of Independence started to be systematically and purposely removed from our educations systems and today, hardly anyone in America truly understand what all this means and why its so important. The constitution over the years has been trampled on by the Corporate media or MSM, the Deep State and today, as its being discovered today, it all is tied to the CCP or Chines Communist Party controlling much of this starting with the Democrat Party although many republicans are also in on it.
      Its a big story and I can only share tid bits here in this medium, but I highly encourage everyone to start doing some serious reseach and trust me, you will never be bored again and to top it off, you will truly start to understand the importance of America.
      It's been said many of times, America is the greatest nation on earth because of our constitution, its not because we as a people are any better then anyone else, but rather because America is the beacon of Freedom and example for the rest of the world to follow, if we lose America, we literally lose the whole earth make no mistake, either we all fight to keep it or we allow china to take control and be forever lost. when we fight for America we fight for the world.

      Mississippi Audits the city paid for it you just gave them your money. What you said is like going to a basketball game and running on the court during a game saying my taxes paid for this. Saying my taxes paid for it accomplishes dick all. You want something done take it to the polls or the court. Also that was a city law office I said did you pass the bar because what makes it your office if you can't use it, but to just stand in it and pick your nose. In these 1st Amendment audit videos the Auditor mostly acts like a dick to antagonize to get a response not always showing the beforehand to look like a victim.

      Donald Winters please don’t take what I said as an attack or anything like that, is just a good conversation pointing. The way I see it is that government through the media has been training us to think that when we see a Cops violating some right is ok if the guy broke the law or is a bad guy, and that my friend is not what the constitution says. The constitution doesn’t say that rights are only for people that don’t violate the law.
      A good number of constitutional rights are precisely for when you brake the law, and we should not accept the violations of anyone’s rights, good citizen or bad citizen.

    I had an experience with this attorney when he was Assistant attorney. I showed up to contest a parking ticket at the beach at Lazy Point. I had a photo of my car parked on the shoulder further than the “no parking without a permit sign”. The area is poorly posted but i was clearly in the area where a permit is not required. This beach is never crowded it is a bay beach that water sports enthusiasts use. Many people got bogus ticket that day.
    I conferenced with him before the judge called it up....he said “i don’t care if you were parked legally, i will write you a ticket based on that photo of parking to close to the corner”.... This is a narrow broken up beach road with no curbs and no stop sign where the road bends, not an intersection.
    So he offered a $75 fee in leu of the $150 fine or i could come back another day, miss work and waste 6 hours. I couldn’t believe his attitude and disregard for fairness. I couldn’t of been more polite but all i got was attitude. He is a bad egg, and they just want to collect money. The code enforcer who wrote the tickets is a jerk as well. He knew the tickets were bogus and basically admitted as much when i confronted him.
    There are mostly good people in the town but the bad ones sure stand out.

    I don’t recommend anyone call the office of this city attorney. Someone will listen to you or you’ll get a recording and it won’t get past one or two people and we won’t know what you said.
    I preferred to put my remarks in this comment section, and that city attorney has no idea the power of the cell phone camera or the video camera. Video does not lie, this man is not a custom to being talked to like this. The people of this town own that building and everything in it including the chair he sits in. I know he’s going to whine and I know he’s going to look for a reason not to meet with you.
    If a picture is worth 1000 words a video is worth 1 million words. If this man is in an elected position, perhaps you can mount a campaign against his reelection. If he is appointed you may get signatures to have him removed from office. It will definitely make the newspaper and he and his family will not like the results. He is accustomed to dealing with other attorneys ( they are all friends) and not the public especially one with a video camera. You really did a good job he looks bad and by his flushed face he looks like a intoxicated person.
