Blade Yi Sang at U4 is just a bored god. 6, 7 and 8 base power, meaning he's going to reach max sanity first on top of having one of the best poise and poise count gain in the game, so he very easily can reach 5 and 10 count (reaching 15 is kinda hard since by that point he'll most definitely have guaranteed crit chance) for 1/2 coin power gain, greatly increasing his max power. Reach 15 count and it's joever.
