Don't agree with this . In the old Dispensing Unit(old technology)the price will jump by 10-15 rs while you will be getting the correct fuel quantity . If a Pump has automation then the pump is directly connected to Oil Company's Server where Dispensing will also stop if there is any Problem in automation. So if you are fueling at an automated Fuel Pump then there is nearly 100% chance that you are getting the correct quality and quantity of Fuel . I know this all because I owned a Fuel station a few years ago

This is incorrect ad per my knowledge. The pump has 2 options for speed. So the amount of jump will depend on that as well. When I'm filling petrol for my bike, the amount of jump will be less as they would have set level 1 speed to avoid spillage but when filling petrol in my car, I will ask them to keep it max speed if petrol in my car is almost empty. So the price jump will vary even when I fill at the same petrol pump at the same time for my bike vs my car.
I have one question. My bank account is linked with google pay . So I can easily spend money . But because of it I can't save my money . So my question is can I make a partition on my bank account where i will save money because I don't want to open a second bank account ??
