Quality control in China is so bad I swear every proplica I have has a flaw and at this point I just don't bother exchanging anymore, amazon will discount you the item for it's flaws but jeez.. bugs me that we spend so much and the manufacturers still push out flawed items... but nice items either way! They look nice to display since they're smaller.
I was on the fence about getting these as the price on them have gone up since the posting of this video. Ontop of that, the potential risks of scratches or any sort of paint defects. Don't get me wrong, they are *really* Pretty, in fact the metallic paint on the first set really complimented the designs of the wands... In fact, upon first viewing on my end a couple of days ago I for some reason thought these might be made out of metal. But from what I can tell here, this may not be the case? Either way, they are definitely nice to look at. But yeah, like someone else mentioned, the quality control is pretty bad, and there is always that chance when buying proplicas for example that they might have a scuff or scratch of some sort. A lot of anime merch seems to suffer from this kind of problem really. But all in all, it is pretty worth the risk some times because you might end up with something that very much adds a nice flare to your collection.
