Buona complimenti. Io ci aggiungerei un po’ di zucchero (o altrimenti un po’ di marmellata oltre alle pesche).
La pasta mi è risultata molto sottile, quindi il dolce si è cotto prima del tempo: non è che bisogna fare un impasto per la base , e uno per la copertura ? quindi raddoppiando le dosi della pasta? Grazie per risposta
