I have 1 dayed to 1 year, 9 months of cold showers, prayer, workouts an no booze now. Its amazing experience when you look back. I will add to that ive avoided all my neg friends. Hence Ive been alone for same time period other then occasional chat at stores, dinner, things like that. but to hang with my golf buddy, best friends, neg all day.. i just slowly sunk away from them.
