Well there’s no band on stage, but to make this kind of stuff happen he needs some serious sound engineers! He should give them some credit! This is not a wonder, it is very intelligent musical use of technology like harmonizers etc. And there is no way he does this all on his own!

This is pure genius. Wow. He's so free. What may happen once in a blue moon while practicing at hope (that moment when you transcend your thoughts and just allow the music to come out of you) he is able to do with regularity. It's unbelievable.

Your comment reminds me of an interview with guitarist Steve Vai when they asked him if he could define musical 'genius',and if he had ever met any musical geniuses. He said that when he is working on music or guitar playing, occasionally, out of nowhere, a moment of inspiration would hit him that took him beyond what he normally experienced musically. He said his definition of a genius was someone who could CONTROL those moments, call them down on demand. (He said Frank Zappa could do this.) This kid surely fits that definition...thank god he has such shitty dress sense or he would be ready for world domination ;-)

When people see something amazing like this and say "Ill never be you" I think its sad because you're making the choice that you'll never try to be as amazing as you think that is. If you practiced as hard as fucking possible to be something like it, you would never be that thing but you would be your own thing and still be something incredible! You may physically never have someones voice, but that's just one thing he's creating here. Theory, technique, self expression, those are all things you can develop. Find your thing.

He dose but like every grate artist there are no mistakes just happy accidents. There are performances where you can see he’s uncertain of what he just played but he works around it and adapts it. He has unique understanding allowing him to know how to use any problem that comes his way
