Back in 2021 i was able to pre-book the complimentary restaurants but for my cruise on encore coming up in May I can't. ( I was able to pre-book speciality dining though)
Interesting. We’re sailing on the Bliss in May and I was able to pre-book Taste and the Manhattan Room online. I spoke with a cruise specialist and she told me that only 30% of capacity is released so others will have a chance to book once on board.
