For those having issues with the heavy damage over time of the 2nd boss in the new dungeon, I suggest trying to avoid the attack by making the group stay close to the boss. The Paladin healer only has a single target cleanse so if you need it, you might have to relly on companions that do cleanse attacks....I remember one only, Dedicated Squire which is also a healing companion.(edit:testing that, didnt work the nasty fire =() Other than that, you might have to overheal the burn or stick with cleansing touch.
@user-ro8ry7vq4i you got me now, I was using, it felt like it was or maybe I got mislead by the name of the power which is the same of other cleanse abilities..I'll test it again and confirm
I would say use an at-will collar, not an encounter collar since we don't utilize encounter damage in a healer build. Not that our at-will damage really makes much difference heh. I would also not use points in Wisdom unless your toon is low level. The buff to healing is so miniscule. I think it'd be better used in something else IMO.
@justinclorenzana I just use encounter collar just in case I ever decide to build a dps on my account. For a healer it makes no difference either of the collars. Wisdom gives outgoing healing stat which helps capping, theres nothing else to choose really.
i use the Beacon of astral artifac from the previous mod, when active if you use your encounter that heals it will BOOS player damage by 5% for 20s so you can use that articat and other player can use the Xeleth that way you can boost player overall damage the only problem with that artifact is that you MUST get 1000 currency from the Arena to buy the regent need it to buy the artifact, if you have the full set when you get hit you will put a Green circule in the grown for 6s and each player that step inside will get 5% awarness and 5% critica Strike for 10s
@MekanicalMonster77 if im not mistaken this artifact is the one that increase your heals and heal ppl. I would say that you don't need this. It's good as secondary for item level but you gotta use better debuffs. Ideally your group would use the best debuffs there are, doesn't matter much which person uses which: Demogorgon 24% debuff but with some prep time Mythalar 15% debuff (let the T use it cause of stamina regen attribute) Xeleth or Halaster Blast Scepter 15% debuff Dragonbone blades or wyvern blades 12% debuff 12% mitigation After those grab any other 10% debuffs. The difference may look negligible but it adds up. That's why I always vouch for debuffs in the gear as well, Vistani gives 5%, grace ring gives maybe around 3%, dulled senses 3% so its like having an artifact on at all times.

Does the squire actually remove a negative effect though. Tooltip states removes cc ?

Usually people will dodge it now, but I just over heal and wait to pop my health stone or tab shield somebody that has been debuffed
