We cook full meals if you don't know what to cook search meals 5 different recipes on TH-cam and check which ones you use or swap so you dont buy many spices or ingredients or get in a book shop take pictures of different of recipes in the book or if you can afford buy recipe books and for the food it's better you buy in bulk so you don't too much in the middle of the month like rice,macaroni etc in metro its better to buy expensive that will last long and for the food you have a father that stays at the village or ask uazerua where you can purchase a whole sheep and see how long that lasts or there was or is a Bucher that sells meat in bulk in I don't know whether its northern or Southern industry that side of build it but its next to spice world I'm not sure if its still there i don't leave in Namibia anymore that's why I forgot if it's southern or northern industry u hope that helps and please remember that I'm not saying you should do it just try and see if it works.
