In a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander fry well. add onion sauté well. Add turmeric, red chili, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Black pepper powder and water cook well. Remove and set aside. Heat oil in a same pan add cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Green cardamom sauté well.
