How will Saudi Arabia Manage This .... ? How will Saudi Bring Tech Talent ..... ?
They would have to pay at least 3 times the 'Silicon Valley' salary to the Talent from India, China, Taiwan.
Yes Saudi has the Money to setup the Infrastructure, but i doubt that They will we able to attract Talent
The CEO speaks about Engineers from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Egypt. But those Countries don't have Capable Talent.

@@WazzoLazr And where is the Company ?
How many chips have they produced and delivered and/or exported ?
NONE, which shows his capability as a manager
Just sitting at the top of a company without any employees and being a namesake CEO doesn't prove your capability.

Israel did it by attracting US talent and pouring money on them, Saudi can do the same by attracting East Asian talent and Western talents with high wages and great startup culture, the best uni in the Middle East and one of the best in Asia "KAUST" located in Saudi did the same, they succeeded in attracting American and east Asian talents and I can’t see why they can't do it again with other sectors, and there is already a lot of Saudi talent that graduated from top US universities and Saudi ones

      @@keymot1491 Israel Doesn't pour money.
USA gives Annual Aid Worth Over $5 Billion to Israel Every Year.
And they also give several billions of worth contracts to Israel
Also, Its mostly Jewish Diaspora ( Which is Extremely Wealthy ) that gives business to Israel worth Billions of Dollars
