After reading the book, I told myself that I would only comment on your channel after I reach IISC. But can't help it.. Your theory of consistency "builds something" is of immense help. But the only problem is that I have a major coccyx issue and a disc bulge. Mentally, I am all over from it because it has been 3 years.. Though it makes my capacity limited (max 8 hours). While I think I have developed this maturity of ignoring the intense pain and at the same time the thought that almost 99% of the people in this race have an advantage over me. I loose sometimes mentally. Thinking that I might not be able to go to IISC not because of me..but this physical "capability".
Don't lose ur hope, nd everything in universe comes in full, if ur physical strength is taken from u then God will gift u with something that u weren't aware of, ur comment just motivated me becoz iisc is my dream college too, but i couldn't make it , just don't lose hope, hope we can make it to the college
Try to make the 8 hours as efficient as 12 hours just keep on increasing the amount of work done in those 8 hours, even if you increase it by merely 1% at least then also only in 12 days you will be able to 9 hours of thing only in 8 hours, try this for 50 days and then share your feedback!

Delete Spotify, don't take your earphones or headphones with you while you travel or go somewhere, it might be college or job idk what you do personally but don't take it with you everywhere, only use earphones while studying. Ik deleting Spotify and not using earphones while travelling might seem impossible, I was at this stage once and I lost my earphones and that day I decided to delete Spotify and not buy a new pair of earphones and I'm actually doing better than before, I just have one earphone which only suits with laptop
