Hi~~
Happy Easter! Did everyone have a good Easter break?
We are back with our cover to KDA's MORE. We know it's a bit late but as we are head into the final leg of spring splits for all the regions, we hope to cheer on our fav teams with this KDA cover! This dance was honestly such a challenge, with the choreo itself being difficult in comparison to The Baddest and it's not the style that we are most comfortable with. Also the formation changes were pretty intense and we practiced a lot to try and get everything in place for the one-take. Big thank you to Addy and Mike from KINJAZ for making such an awesome choreo, it was definitely super fun learning it
This video is also Shanshan's last video with us and its only fitting that she is the centre as Seraphine. Shanshan is leaving Sydney and we are super sad to see her go. She has grown so much with us and we have gotten so close in the last few months but we wish her the best and hope she has a chance to come back to Sydney to visit us. Maybe Shanshan will set-up a subdivision of the Bluebloods in Shenzhen!
Also big thank you to our fav videographer Eric from HIMI crew. Honestly not an easy dance to film but Eric nailed it like always!

A lot of dance crews underestimate that last part - it's not NEARLY as "simple" as it looks! ShanShan did an amazing job on it. Even nailed that little bit where she slowly turns around counter to the camera's direction.

This is definitely one of the best covers for KDA MORE. The girls have such confidence in their moves that it really shows how good they are at what they do and makes the dance so much better. They're also in sync like all of the time, and if they weren't, they definitely DID NOT show it. Their facial expressions and their outfits definitely match the personalities of the characters they are portraying. Amazing camera work, too! They definitely know what they're doing. Some cameramen/women in other covers of MORE just didn't do their dancers justice and were either sloppy or couldn't keep up with the dancers [no hate]. You all know what you're doing, in front of and behind the camera! You guys are amazing and hope the success continues to go your way
Wow!! Thank you for the kind words!!!!! The girls did practice hard for this dance. Fun fact, Lulu, the dancer of Ahri fell down two days before filming, she had gashes on her right hand hence why she had to use the blue leather to wrap her hand!! So, it could've been better but accidents happen!!! And yes!!!! Eric did an amazing job with filming! We only practiced a couple times with him but he managed to capture everything at the right moment!! And we appreciate Mickey so much as well for editing the video!! The heroes behind the video!!

I definitely thought the blue leather was just to go with the color scheme (since every girl was wearing some sort of blue clothing), not because of an injury! She still danced to perfection (at least I think so)! I never would have thought she was injured. She was one of the dancers I thought expressed the most through her dancing and seemed the most confident. I'm really glad that she didn't get hurt that bad. Eric and Mickey did an amazing job and I'm surprised to hear that he's only filmed that a few times, but he's probably super talented, so that's all it took. I hope you have a good day/night! :)

We totally agree! Learning the choreo as well, More was technically more difficult and had more elements to it. But honestly, all the choreography for KDA is amazing and some of our fav dances! We hope they make a comeback for Worlds next year!

Okay, I kind of fixated on the dance covers of this particular song for the last few days, and after watching a few dozen versions, your performance is definitely the best, to the point that I can't fully immerse myself in other covers because of the mistakes I notice there. After this video, they are too obvious for my liking, whether it's a slip of the dancers or not the best camera movement.
The only thing I can remotely describe as a "miss" in this version is that Seraphine wasn't perfectly centered at the beginning of her part, but everything else outweighs it a thousandfold. There are a lot of small details in the choreography, especially these interactions with each other as if "outside" the dance, and I really see the character in the movements of each of the girls. The problem I have with other covers, except for the mistakes, is that they kinda... Merge into a uniform mess? I can't single out or remember the individual dancers there. But here you all dance uniquely, despite the same choreography of the chorus, and it absolutely shines in solo moments.
Tina as Akali is very mobile, with fast and active movements, and her dynamic nature stands out vividly throughout the whole dance. Annie as Kaisa is very flexible, with intermittent sharp and smooth movements, which is especially emphasized and complimented by the camera in her solo. Sandra as Evelynn is confident, domineering and seductive with her body language in all the best ways, and the fact that she is taller than the others doesn't disturb the image of the group in any way, on the contrary, serve as another detail that suits her character. LuLu as Ahri is just a queen, masterfully focusing attention on herself in all the right moments as befits her role as a soloist. And of course Shanshan as Seraphine tops it all with maybe small, but distinctively gentle and soft contribution, concluding the whole dance perfectly.
I would also like to specifically highlight your operator. Again, after watching dozens of versions, I developed a new respect for this profession, and I can't put into words how the right angle, direction and distance affects the quality of the video. Of the most notable moments, I can point out the chorus, the moment with "tails", solo of each of the girls - with details like the focus on Annie smile and face, as it's mentioned in the lyrics, Sandra's spectacular appearance, and LuLu taking up the whole shot for herself. And of course, the transition to Shanshan, and how more and more girls are included back in the frame as their movements begin. These are the details where mistakes started to spoil my impression in other covers, after I got an example of how it looks when done correctly. So yeah, fantastic work! Huge respect!
I can say a lot more, but then I'll never shut up. It definitely was something and you all are absolutely incredible! You put so much attention and effort into making this and it clearly shows. Thank you!
The end I literally went "YES POSES" like that little ending pose each girl had really wrapped the whole dance up SO WELL

I've seen a lot of dance covers of "More" and no one could compare it to how you guys did it! I keep going back to this cover every few weeks because it's just so well done (and it's my absolute FAVE). Everything is A++++++: The costumes, the facial expressions, the chemistry, the execution, the ENERGY. I love this cover so much and everyone is just so beautiful!! Amazing job, you guys!!

Out of all the dance covers I've seen of K/DA MORE; this one is the best! Because the dancers don't look like they're stiffing in their movements, outfits are sooo creative, camera movements are getting everyone in the shot and not just focusing on one person!
