For the beginning and the SHES REAL part (alibi)...I think what happened is that after macie shot the alibi he went to the right of the window (0:56-1:00) and looked away for a period of time, and if you analyze the part when macie oulled out a grenade to throw into the window, zofia just came indicating that nobody was watching the window. Hence. It that moment when macie moved to the right, Alibi could and probably did move behind the alibi
