Great review and comparison. Curious to see what GW comes out with for claw feet. I was told they are making their own. You said you had a gen 1 with lots of issues, in the little time you’ve had the gen 2 would you say they’ve been fixed?
The Gunwerks may be a little slower to extend the legs, there are however no buttons to push when deploying the legs vs the MDT requiring 2 buttons to push, one on each leg. That is annoying. Also I see that the Gunwerks only needs 1 button push to spread or narrow both the legs. The MDT requires again 2 buttons to push, one each leg. The Gunwerks is 1/2 the weight, considerably smaller collapsed and quiet to operate and carry. For hunting the MDT rattles a lot for my liking. For competition, if money is no issue? If you can get past all the button pushing. For in the field @ 1/2 the price? I'll take that Gunwerks over the MDT any day if it had an ARCA mount. Version 3.0 that second leg extension on the Gunwerks also springloaded not requiring rotation to lock?
Exactly the demo and review I needed for the Gunwerks bipod. Thank you.
love the video but i hope you dont mind me asking what gun did you use in the video
Thank You for the review. Definitely going to purchase the Gunwerks bipod!
Gunwerks should make a ARMS 17 interface version so you can run any mounting system you want bc it seems to be the industry standard
It's in the works.

Seems like they have this version pretty well sorted out!
Spike feet inbound. Likely early August.
