Hi! Never ate donkey meat before. Was it cooked just because Nama festival or it possible to buy in local restaurants? What about crocodile meat in Namibia?
Hello, it’s their traditional food but you will never find it in a restaurant. Crocodile I didn’t eat it before plus we don’t have it in restaurants. But I think the side of Namibia where we have rivers perhaps locals eat.
@@upandawaywithsheni1900 Yes. You are right. When we stayed in Zambia crocodile meat was available to buy in crocodile farms. It was not expensive. Even cheaper than beef in Shoprite. I know few recipes how to marinade and braai the meat very tasty😀
@@kostiantyndesiatov9161 okay. Now I understand the trick.I wasn’t sure if I should taste it one day and your words convinced me that it seems to be scrumptious. Now I feel ready to eat it.

@@kostiantyndesiatov9161 that was great 😁.I want to taste it. So you can only braai or also cook in the pot?
@@upandawaywithsheni1900 After the braai you may put the meat to the pot and add the marinade to cook few minutes. The secret is in the marinade😀😀😀
