Then Renee says: when the person comes to you and ask you to sing a duet, you say "yes".Does that answer the question ;)

My german is very rusty but the first part was in answer to the question "do you speak german?" Lucy responded with a um er yes but it is all forgotten. The next bit I couldn't understand - Im sure a more competent german speaker will tell you.
In fact she does speak french and also italian, but not as good as she speaks german (that´s what I read in some biography, I never heard her speaking french or italian personaly)
