I used to live near the Malago and never knew anything like this existed. Seen so much of the city that I never knew about thanks to you Matt despite living there for 15 years, keep up the good work.
Just imagine how beautiful the 1st drone shot would have been without and road going straight through it. up by the cliffs footings. I can image there was medieval pathways back in the day of old.
Hi Matt great explore , i lived in Bristol all my life , never knew it was there . There is a storm tunnel near where i live , i walked part of the way in 1960 aged 17 . It is 1 Km long , only 5 ft head room , plenty of manholes where to stand up , there is a way out at the end . someone may like to tackle it . !!!!!!!!!
Looks like its going to be a great watch .. love the interaction with the birds Matt i am with your there harmless little things i always feed all the birds no matter what they are i will feed them .
I HAVE 2 OF THOSE DEVISES FOR LOWERING PEOPLE INTO MANHOLES THEY WERE LEFT BY THE CITY OF STOCKTON WHEN THEY WERE WORKING IN THE SEWER PIPE BEHIND MY HOUSE BUT IN MY BACK YARD
Nobody yet knows where Eels spawn...they know they must do as...well, babies and that...but, aparently, it's still one of the great mysteries of life by all accounts
Matt, please get another drone or upgrade. You like dawn and dust footage. It is awesome but greyer than it should be. I belief that's because the zoom drone that you have has extra glass that what it needs for such footage which the sensor has to compensate for. Keep you the good work.
Reminds of Jefferson Explore channel, his last explore was in Chicago storm drains, it was speculated he went in during a storm to capture dramatic footage. He was found 25 miles down the coastline of Lake Michigan washed up on a sandbank, with a hardened turd in his mouth and a smashed skull, according to reports on the forum. His wife later marred a guy she'd been having an affair with and sold his high end camera gear. Some speculate he never really entered the storm drain and that his wife and her lover did away with him and dumped him in it. She would later post to his facebook group that "his last explore was good reason ubrexers should take out insurance". She made a tidy sum on his!
The cable buried under the concrete is a level sensor. The concrete has lots of little holes, at the last 2 feet there are pressure transducers. The deeper the water the higher the pressure. The cable goes into a cabinet somewhere on the surface and the reading is used to time when to release any stored water or sewage. Hope that helps...
Know someone who's father worked for the us fed govt doing drainage stuff out west. They would pull boats, kayaks, 4wheelers and all kinds of shid out of the drainage tunnels wondering if the previous occupants made it out alive
Hey guys I want to come after you and I want to see nothing about you I think you're pretty cool you keep it real and you go to places where some of us can't go you know I'm in America and you show me the underground where you live and that's pretty awesome that really is thank you for the historical content and thanks for giving us information on where you're at and stuff like that that's exactly where you're at about the place to drive that meant to say anyway you got a beautiful content thank you again I want to see nothing bad about you guys you guys are awesome
You obviously don't have a tide table either turning up towards high tide. Practice what you preach... The time of the tide high/low water increases by approximately an hour each day.... Get your self an accurate tide table and learn how to use it... also storm tunnel's or outlets can and will be used by the water board at any time, which you will not know about.. You may well be a pilot (that is scared of hights OMFG), BUT YOU DO NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT THE WATERWAYS/SEA FARING ETC.. DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN
The second time you go to the tunnel, bring something for the pigeons to eat, you don't come to the guests empty-handed, especially since the pigeons didn't even invite you to come to the guests.🕊🕊🕊🍞🥐🥨😝
I love under ground videos 1st class chaps take care from me kenneth.❤❤❤😊
