Hey Matt suggestion for you… Could you sit in the sofa and show us the view of the TV… In other words put the camera on your shoulder and show us what it looks like? Would definitely help with this unit, because the sofas look a little far away.. do the view !! .. aaaaaaand … the actual selling price of the trash can is : $142,698 (MSRP) / 14562 lbs (DVW) x 3 lbs for the trash can = $29.40 .. 5th wheel trash cans are Walmart home delivery .:. 👍🏽👍🏽 the WHOLE interior is crazy good combo with the big tray 👍🏽 storage in the back .:. At the price point the appliance cover plates should match 👎🏽 the outside walls; I’d option an airbag hitch pin 👎🏽 to dampen the chucking; and yes I would actually put a bigger TV 👎🏽 in the living room .:. I see 1 cut after RV life ad and the other in the hallway right around the control panel cabinet - the shirt changes .:. Great unit M/W
With so much storage, I feel like you couldn't come close to filling it up without going way over the GVWR. I wish Grand Design would make this with a third axle for that reason. A third axle option would definitely sell me on this RV.
We just purchased one of these gorgeous fifth wheels two weeks ago. We love the rear kitchen and the extra rear storage. I agree with you guys that it is a bummer to only have one awning - but we love everything else about it. My husband is a tall guy (6’4”) so we love Wil’s shower tests - and Wil is spot on, this shower has tons of head room. Thank you guys for your honest reviews - love your channel.

There's a lot to like about this unit, the massive kitchen is top of my list. But while I love the layout of the kitchen, I don't like that you have to go upstairs to get there. I find it a bit annoying to constantly be going up & down stairs if you want to move around the coach. I thought your cuts were at 5:22, 6:10 & 14:44. But you said there are only 2 cuts so obviously I'm wrong! 😄
This is probably one of the top 3 floor plans in all the industry. Love this fifth wheel and Grand Design. Great video guys. Will, I can tell you still aren't 100% but I'm praying for you!
I have a small RV repair business and I would just let everyone know that are ready to purchase a RV for the first time..DON'T!! most units will cost you major headaches and repair bills within 5 years..most RV dealerships are liars once they get your money you are on your own and the technicians that work on your units just rig them so it gets through the warranty time line and when that happens you are on the hook for some major spending! I am not saying these guys are dishonest but 90% of the RV industry is a disgrace!
Great fifth wheel. Grand Design did good with the kitchen and bathroom and the sitting at the counter for dinette. And love that huge storage outside. My dislikes are the steps being too narrow and one awning and I agree with a/c only 2 not three. Thank you Matt and Wil.
East-west beds, when they even have night stands, never have large enough ones for a standard size CPAP. The little shelves in this one are too small, and as it is they encroach on the sleeping area.
This kitchen looks awesome. I wasn't sure about the toilet at first glance. Laundry hookups are necessary for me. Like the dishwasher option. Very nice layout.

Something about this unit that I just didn't like unfortunately, when sitting in the theater seats all I can think about is (1983 Ford LTD Country Squire station wagon) too many windows everywhere. Add in that mirror, it's double windows everywhere unfortunately.....

Only negative: the drawer pulls in the pantry were made smaller than the opening. Why? Question to the designers. I love that there is a small coat closet when you enter the door. Only negative in main bedroom: no cpap shelf.
That is one impressive fiver! Question I've had about rear kitchens -- do you have to do anything extra when prepping to travel for breakables (plates, glasses, eggs, etc) due to the extra bouncing at the tail end?
When manufacturers set up a decent Parts Distribution Network with Warranty Service ( all by legal contract) separate from the dealers I will shout HALLALUA from the roof top of my Forest River Class C!!
I LOVE Grand Design RVs so much that I bought one! My favorite floorplan is the RK but we needed the bunkhouse model. Any petty dislikes I had were easily fixed or altered.
If only Grand Design made motorhomes!! GD's interiors put Entegra to shame... no tacky valances anywhere! And no stupid design surprises... everything well thought out. Come on Grand Design... make a motorhome that would blow others out of the water!!
