When I first heard about supercomputers I thought they were just normal computers that load you google searches in 0.5 Mille seconds and can run GTA 5 on the highest settings in more than 60 FPS. :(
Actually a supercomputer probably can's run games much better than a regular gaming PC. Without special optimization you can only utilize at most one node of the supercomputer, which is essentially a high-end PC.

A supercomputer will allow to take the time and additional processors to solve one of these models and one specific calculation (if you parallelized your jobs in the supercomputer). Alternatively if you use your own computer, you'll used up your computer power and it will slow down until the process finishes.
